Amazing new customer service

I've read reviews about having bad customer service etc. Which the owners have explained on their webpage, and looks like they have corrected the issue. I have ordered 5 pairs now in two months each transaction was flawless. Jeans were exactly what I ordered and they arrived faster than expected. I wouldn't recommend listening to outdated reviews unless you want to miss out on a great pair of jeans. Also recommend getting the six pocket tailored fit.

Long time customer but never again.

I've bought 40 pairs of jeans from Dearborn since 2019. At first it was good. Jeans took a couple weeks and it took a couple tries to find my size. But the jeans were nice and lasted a good while. But then things started to slip as the company grew. Jeans started to fit very different even for the same size and the same fit. But they were still pretty consistent in the same color. So I would order slightly different sizes for different colors. Of course their return policy sucked so much I would just get the ill fitting ones tailored locally. But my last two orders were garbage. One was sewn so poorly that they fit badly in ways that would be hard to fix. Pocket sewn with a weird twist. The last order was two of the exact same jean I had ordered multiple times. One fit okay but the coin pocket has a hole in it. The other, marked as the same size, I couldn't even pull up. At least 3 inches tighter at the belt and 2 inches shorter in the leg. That was the last straw. I have since ordered 5 pairs from another vendor and all 5 were the exact same size, no sewing issues. Sorry folks, don't waste your money on Dearborn. Sad to see a good company fall into trash.

Ordered 2 pair for my husband

Ordered 2 pair for my husband. A month went by no correspondence from them about jeans. So I emailed them as to the status of shipment twice-no response. Found phone number to their store in Chicago. Called no apology or reason as to why I had not received them or anything. They canceled order and refunded my credit card. One of the strangest companies I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER buy anything from them!

Terrible Customer Service and Policies

I've ordered from this company numerous times in the past. I've ordered multiple leather belts in the same size and had no issues. I recently placed a new order for another belt in the same size but different color. The new belt was at least three inches shorter than my previous belts. I submitted a return request and shipped the item back. I was then informed that I would only get a partial refund. They would not refund the shipping cost, and they charged me a restocking fee. This was not my fault, and I didn't choose to just return the item. They sent me an inferior product that I could not use. I reached out to the "customer service" to express my disappointment and received NO response. No apology. Nothing.

Terrible Business Practices

I have purchased a 1/2 dozen jeans from Dearborn. All have been of great quality; however, the customer service experience has been miserable each time. It took 5 months to receive the first pair. Subsequent orders were plagued by wrong sizes sent, errors in exchanges, delays in shipping, and failures to make proper credits. Still, the quality was good and I wanted to support a growing US company. So I ordered a pair of shorts that were advertised true to size, but when received actually fit and measured a size bigger. After return, it took over a month to get a refund - but it came in the form of store credit. So I requested that the credit be redirected to my payment method. It took 3 months for this correction only to find that I was assessed an $8 restocking fee for not accepting store credit after I had already paid for return shipping. This company is seriously flawed in its business practices, which is a sign of mismanagement from the top.

Jeans fine, order fulfillment and customer reviews terrible

I ordered two belts and some jeans. Received the jeans, did not receive the belts. Called and send emails and they said they'd resend the belts no later than September 15. It is now September 23 and they have stopped responding to emails or voicemails. I am going to initiate a dispute on my credit card - maybe that will get their attention. UPDATED: After multiple emails and calls with no response, I reached out via Facebook and also initiated a dispute with my credit card issuer. After initiating the dispute, I was contacted by Dearborn Denim and the guy who reached out apologized profusely for the inaction on my inquiries when he had been out with illness. They refunded my purchase and gave me a credit on top.I am adding two stars to my review because while my situation was resolved, customer support should not have a single point of failure like this.

Stuck with large wrong size, no exchanges?!

I really wanted to support this "Made in USA" company. Unfortunately, with my first order, I chose a pair of jeans that turned out to be the wrong style and size—too large. When I tried to exchange them for the correct size, I was told the style I ordered was non-returnable. That’s $48 down the drain. Honestly, who doesn’t allow an exchange when the size is wrong?

Empty promises

Empty promises, one after another! We ship everything in 24 hours. They didn’t. You get discounted shipping if you order 2 or more pairs. Nope. Free shipping on orders over $120. Also nope. We always respond in 12-48 hours. Really? Uh-uh. You can return for free if the jeans don’t measure what we say. Hahahahaha! After a week of arguing with their customer "service". They even told me I was supposed to know that one of the pairs would come 2" longer than the measurements quoted online. Huh? Why exactly? We’ll issue you a credit as soon as the jeans are in the USPS system. Yet another no. The customer service is completely non-existent. No one responds to emails, and if they do they are snarky and condescending. There is no phone number. They don’t honor any of the pledges made on their website. The jeans don’t measure what they claim, and they don’t fit like anything else in the industry. How a company like this stays in business is beyond me. Save yourself a ton of grief (and money), and shop somewhere else.
