First Time Denby Customer - WOW!
First time Denby customer. I made a sizeable purchase on my iPhone. Apple Pay somehow commandeered my shipping address information and sent my package to an old address. I had hoped the new tenants of the address would be happy to return my new dishes to me. They refused to contact me to allow me to retrieve them.Customer service was quick to respond and sent an entirely new shipment of my order. I was not expecting that! My new order shipped very quickly and arrived safely. I am in LOVE with my Denby dishes and am officially a life-long customer of this amazing and time-tested company. Thank you, Denby!

I have not received my order due to high orders. The communication could be better in keeping me updated on it's progress and when I can expect to see it. Especially as they have taken the money out of my account.

Ordered weeks ago and not received my order hope they are not holding on to orders and then going to take peoples money when they go bust. Used denby for many years but don’t know if I will again if they are still around!! A very poor show from a company that wants people to use them to keep going.
