Great communication and comped my shipping
Glasses were delayed in stock, but expedited my shipment once in stock and great communication. Highly recommend.

Not worth it
The communication was nonexistent until I had to file a complaint. Once the glasses were received, the glass in the glasses was not what I paid for (it was thick and not the thin that I paid for). I will not use this company in the future or recommend it to others.

Not sure if they are authentic
There are a few things. They should have a phone number to speak with someone. So I had emailed them and asked about if the products are authentic and the response backs was yes we buy from the manufacturer. So I proceeded with my order for the costa saltbreak with blue mirror tint with my prescription. I recently received them the script seems good but the overall the frames seem a bit larger than my current costa saltbreak I bought direct and the lenses are totally different they are much lighter to the point in direct sunlight I’m squinting whereas my original I can just about look at the sun and not squint. I don’t think I would but from here again. I went with some of the reviews prior to my purchase as well. Here they were about 340 if they are bought on the costa site they come close to $900 dollars. I even sent them an email stating I was led to believe they were both authentic and than all communication seemed to have stopped. I would definitely be wary of this place. I would have went with my original gut feeling and should not have bought them here. Buyer be warned.

At first they kind of lost my order but made it right in the end.
At first they kind of lost my order. I contacted them and they apologized and said the frames I had picked were no longer available and could pick some others. They then emailed back and said they were able to obtain frames and my order would be completed as originally scheduled. Received the frames and lenses then. Great prices and quality at fraction of local glass places. Although communication could be a little better.

Slow delivery
Slow delivery. Did respond to inquiries about the delivery and told product was on back order. Wasn’t told this without asking. Did get the product eventually and was as described.
