Company is ignoring my email requests…
Company is ignoring my email requests for the status of my order. Company promises delivery within 10 business days. They accepted my order and charged my credit card on April 3, 2026. They have provided an automated "We've received your message" response to my request for a status update on April 8. Response to my April 9 request: "Our usual response time is within one business day". No response to my April 10 request.

I wanted an exact replacement of what I had
I had a pair of frames that I wanted an exact replacement of. Mine are 5 yrs old but love the style and color. I asked my Optician to see if she could find a replacement. She did. I had questions to assure I was getting the exact thing. The customer service person was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We ordered them and they are exactly what I wanted. They are great quality and I received many compliments when I wore the old pair so go with what works. It is hard to find glasses that have spring hinges, as many people like to switch frames often. I do not so my frames need to last.

If you care what you wear
Designer Optics had the frame I couldn’t find anywhere else. I loved the customization options and fabulous result. Recommend!

Not enough description to order the…
Not enough description to order the proper glasses. Customer service responded within 24 hours but doesn’t actually answer your question or resolve the issue.

I will use them again, but I will probably go elsewhere first
These are the positives. They had a nice selection of designer glasses and they had a pair that I couldn’t get anywhere else. The price was very good. now for the negative. need more information on the description of your eyewear such as on the sunglasses are they polarized are they lenses made of glass etc… shipping was slow and what I mean by that is getting them onto the delivery truck so it could get to me. I don’t know why company say they made a label thinking that means they shipped the product.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!I bought a watch in March 14 and they said it was back ordered until March 31. Come March 31 and I email the saying they better expedite my watch and THEY SENT ME ANOTHER EMAIL SAYINGNIT WAS BACKORDERED UNTIL APRIL 13!!!!THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Smith 4D Mag XL
I was able to get a pair of Smith 4D Mag XL goggles for a great price, and even though the listing showed them as backordered, they arrived much faster than expected. The goggles fit well and look great. Overall, a really good experience and I would definitely buy from them again.

I am very happy with my new glasses
I am very happy with my new glasses! The frames are gorgeous and very lightweight, I can see clearly from the lenses. The turn around time was a bit long, but not a deal breaker. Will order from DesignerOptics again!!
