Genuine company and smooth process

Check the car to make sure it's what you want
Only issue was that I booked the cheapest car - an MY2023 Toyota Yaris and I didn't realise it didn't have a reversing camera, no Android Auto, no cruise control. That's my fault for not checking as I just assumed all newish cars had these three things. Booking was seamless and service was great so I'm not complaining about those.

Outstanding Support
I was hesitant to use Discovercars.com because I had never heard of them. However, after all the positive reviews I had read, I went ahead and booked a car in Italy with them. Since that time I have had several questions and the response time and accuracy have been outstanding. Within a day or two at most. Isaac was very helpful and provided excellent support. This kind of support gives me great confidence that if anything happens during the rental period or I have questions before or after, discovercars.com will be there to help.

Insurance included in transparent pricing
I really like that they will spell out the insurance portion that is included in their rental fees, which helps avoid unpleasant surprises at pick-up.

Hidden fees, invalid contact data, and zero loyalty for returning customers
I have been a loyal and frequent user of DiscoverCars for a long time, but my recent experience was a complete disappointment due to a lack of transparency and poor customer support.I specifically chose a rental offer where no cross-border fee was listed, unlike other offers that clearly stated the price. The terms only mentioned "request required," which I attempted to fulfill. However, the phone number provided by DiscoverCars for the supplier was invalid and out of service, making it impossible to confirm anything in advance.At the rental desk, I was forced to pay a high cross-border fee that was never disclosed during the booking process. DiscoverCars refuses to take responsibility for providing incorrect contact information and for the lack of transparent pricing on their platform.Instead of supporting a long-term customer, their support team sent me scripted responses ignoring the fact that their own technical failures (wrong phone number) led to this situation.Moreover, the supplier confirmed this fee is mandatory for everyone, yet DiscoverCars choose to hide the exact amount to make the offer look cheaper.
