Poor and arrogant service and late delivery
I recently bought a dive torch through TradeInn / DiveInn 10 days prior to a dive trip where I needed the torch. At time of order DiveInns’ system showed that the torch would be delivered 2-3 days prior to my trip departure, so I went a head and made the purchase. 4-5 days after the purchase I notice that I have still not received notification of my package having been sent from their shop, so I contact TradeInn to check and I’m reassured that I will get my purchase in time. The torch arrived 2 days after my departure of my dive trip (3 days after the latest date notified by the company). So I contact TradeInn customer service about this and they are very rude and not helpful. They denied that this was any of their fault (even though they only sent my package at least 5 days after the date of purchase) and would do nothing to solve the issue or give any discount. The customer service was just plain rude and not helpful in any way when I contacted them. I cannot recommend doing business with DiveInn and will never be purchasing from them again.

Much better than expected !
Better than expected. The shop is in Spain and not all reviews had been nice so I was a bit sceptical. I bought a Mares Guardian BC from them. Price was very fair. I wrote to customer service about a VAT number and got a timely reply. Delivery was impeccable. Product new and free of defects. Unfortunately the jacket is very heavy for air travelling (4,5 kg) so I may consider to exchange it. But this is not the shops fault. One small critique I have to place: None of the phone numbers work. Every time I call the spanish or austrian number I get a voice mail. A working phone support transmits confidence. But at least the email support worked fine.

Slow to very slow delivery
Diveinn, same as everything on Tradeinn has a very bad habbit of marking some goods as on the stock and available for shipping immediately. However, that almost always turns out to be at least a week longer then it was anticipated. Waiting time tends to prolong when you have multiple items (in my case some previous purchases of diving and fishing equipment) and sometimes you will wait for month or more for something to be shipped what was originally marked as on stock and immediate shipping. It will arrive finally, some day, but be careful if you need something delivered really fast - safer to look elsewhere.

The shop is completely unreliable
The shop is completely unreliable. The diving equipment I ordered was supposed to arrive within 10 days – it has been three months now, and the package is still nowhere to be found. Moreover, I paid extra for DHL courier delivery, but the shop (without any consultation) sent the package via regular post, which is taking forever. There is no contact with customer service at all – they don't reply to emails and don't pick up the phone. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this place. The matter is being reported to the relevant authorities.

Do not order from this company they do not ship your orders and customer service is very very poor. Been waiting for over 2 weeks and shipping information stayed the say no updates
