Just started using DIYDIRECT.CO.UK - quite impressed with service. Goods turned up just over 24 hours after order. All good and decent price.Comms were pretty good, and courier was Royal Mail, ordered small cabinet items (brass casters, box corners, screws and a brass handle). nicely packed 10% discount code included for next order.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size of one of my items, they spotted my error and emailed me. They corrected my order, posted it and it arrived the next day. I can't fault this company and will definitely use them again.

I ordered 12 small hinges of various sizes with screws included. I couldn't find another source with the same variety to purchase. They all arrived next day at a reasonable price. Very happy with the service. Will definitely use this company again

I ordered 10 locks and I am a locksmith, they supplied all faulty items. Selling manufactured faulty items. Cheap and not usable locks. When I requested a refund, so many excuses, luckily I paid by PayPal. I got money back but did not return postage costs. Beware of these guys, they are not practicing fair trade policies. I have placed some light bulbes but they were wrong items due to difficulties to see the differnt base.Requested returns but they will find all sort of excuses not to accept the returns. If I were you I would be very careful to make sure you are buying the correct items. Customer service is terrible specially Scott.

I CONTACTED THIS BUSINESS REGARDING A GATE LATCH ON ITS QUALITY AND STRENTGH. WAS TOLD BY SCOTT " OH YES IT'S NOT THIN, IT DOESNT BEND IF GATE GETS SLAMMED" SO WITH THAT ASSURANCE I PURCHASED IT. ANYWAY IT ARRIVED I LOOKED AT IT. THE QUALITY IS POOR AS FOR THE RIGIDNESS THAT TOO IS VERY POOR AND IT ARRIVED WITH A SLIGHT BEND IN IT!
