I purchased a purse yesterday. I tried to return I today-less than 24 hours later-untouched and wrapped exactly how I received it. I was refused a refund and instead forced to take a $27k store credit. They state this is their policy, however it is not anywhere to be found in the store nor was it verbally stated to me by the salesman. It was, however in tiny light grey print on the BACK of the receipt as they conveniently pointed out today. Buyer beware! Do not buy at DandG Bal Hatbor!

The exhibition is beautiful and very well set up; seeing it was a great experience. However, all the charm was ruined by a poorly trained and unpleasant employee who didn't know how to treat the public or, worse, was completely out of place. They need better supervision.

I got parfume a year ago. I wanted to return it because it was not what I had in Europe!! I sprayed twice, and nothing. After 5 minutes you couldn't smell it. I sent them email, asking them for sending me another one, while I send them the one I got back, they TOLD ME "YOU OPENED THE BOTTLE, YOU DONT HAVE RIGHTS TO COMPLAIN "!!!!!!! Today at work, we were talking how much we need to appreciate the customers, because we need to think about 5 more generations, and I gave them as an example for this! NEVER EVER WANNA BUY SOMETHING FROM DG!!!!!!

I bought D&G sliders and returned them due to a smaller size. My return was accepted on the 16th of January 2026 but to this day I haven't received the refund.

Bought a caffetier.Cheap and plasticky tiny.Returned it and they wouldn't give me my money back, said I asked for store credit, I didn't. Also charged me to return it despite prepaid label. I was basically robbed.

This is one of the worst online boutiques I’ve ever encountered. I’ve had two problems the latest of which is an order I placed which because they failed to provide the correct information was held at customs, and is now being returned to them. They have refused to refund me until they receive the return although they have had my payment for a month and I have had nothing!Their customer care and service is terrible and generic with very off hand replies exhorting me to get in touch with customer service if I need help!!!!! It seems to me this is a problem of their makingTheir problem should be sorted out with UPS and NONE OF THIS IS MY FAULT!I advise caution about ordering online with them - I shall NEVER do do again.AVOID THIS ONLINE BOUTIQUE PLEASE

I bought a D&G Moka Induction coffee pot as a Christmas present for my wife. Unfortunately when she opened it on Christmas Day, it was too small and as there wasn't an option for a larger version in that model, I asked for a refund. Customer Services could not be less interested. Basically, because I had bought it in plenty of time for Christmas, it was outside of the 14 day return policy and therefore not returnable and "...sorry for the inconvenience"! There is no leeway for gifts and once the company has your cash, that's it, not interested. I wish I had gone to to a seller that actually cared for its customers - basically anyone else. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM D&G.
