My problem was that any emails I sent to yahoo.com addresses would not be accepted as according to yahoo.com emails from my domains required authentication.I needed to organize authentication for my 4 email boxes.Initially what sounded like an AI chat bot tried to resolve my problem but the chat bot when giving instruction spoke too quickly for me to be able o enter the text required to complete the authentication for the first email box.Eventually I was transferred to a young lady by the name of Jay S.She was excellent and very efficient in authenticating all 4 of my email boxes.Had my interaction with the AI chat bot I would have given Jay S. 5 stars for her excellent service.

The auto-bot knew when I needed to talk to a person-and Jazz was great! Helped solve the issue immediately and change service for some savings. Looking forward to the email migration and future excellent customer service. Every interaction with customer service has been pleasant and productive.

I was originally with Ipower, then Ipage and now here. I am retired for some time, but I still have some friends that I was helping with their sites. So far, I am glad that I can speak with human beings, but it comes at a cost. I had to pay a lot of money for some help that I may not ever need again. Sucks, but I just had to eat it.

I just received notice that my appointment on the 17th has been canceled. I responded with this: No, no, no, no, no! Please do not cancel this appointment! I have spent hours on the phone the last 2 days trying to get some help and I have gotten NONE!!! On the last call I was told to call Chris and leave a message and he would call me back as soon as he was available. That was somewhere around 11 or 11:30 this morning. I waited all day and never heard from him. Yesterday I had an appointment with Lou and HE NEVER CONTACTED ME or let me know he could not. This is really stressing me out.Virginia Felder
