Seems like a scam.

Made an appointment, clinician never showed up. They text you a number to call if you can't connect with your clinician but it is disconnected. The support email claims to take 3 days. Seems like a scam.

I’ve been with Done for over a 1.5 years

I’ve been with Done for over a year, now known as Mindful. They have been really great. Gone through two providers and both have been really easy to talk to about my conditions. The service team is really communicative and helpful, not to mention they get back to you within hours. I haven’t had one bad experience, I lost my health care during covid and I’ve been so pleased with this company that even after gaining back insurance I have stuck with them. Note that some health care insurance is covered by Done/Mindful. Shout out to Mark who was the last rep to help, he was really professional and to the point.

working with Done first for…

I have been working with Done first for almost 3 yrs now… I can not express how much they have helped me. The every 6mth check ups ( video calls) have worked great, making me feel heard and cared for.Given I have no insurance to bill Done first has kept the costs reasonable and they take care to meet my needs with professionalism. THANK YOU TO ALL ;-)

I've been with Done

I've been with Done. for about 3 years now. Every once in a while there is a hiccup but it's the cheapest option for my ADHD Im aware of, and it's an ideal choice for my social anxiety-Matthew Foglton

I have been with Mindful/Done for over 5…

I have been with Mindful for over 5 years been with them since the start of this service. Lately the refills are late and now my membership is paused for no reason. I have significant ADHD that I've lived with as a child to adult. The lack of customer service is extremely frustrating and I have a lot of anxiety while I wait (over a week) about this med I take on a daily basis.

Sketchy & Shady

This program is truly absurd. I received a diagnosis and a treatment provided originally in 2024. The NP who i was matched with told me I could work with her directly and she’d charge me less so that I what I did. She did a number of questionable things like offering me ketamine for depressing and trying to sell me compounded GLPs, but I mostly just ignored that and focused on the care I genuinely need which she did help with. fast forward to last month when her license was *suspended* due to the dea catching questionable practices and prescribing across state lines and that was the last straw. I came back to done after THEY sent me an offer to resubscribe because I needed a new clinician anyways and they charged me the fee then discharged me from the platform and denied me access to their services because (and this explanation still doesn’t make sense to me) i already had a prescriber??When I called and described the situation, I was assured this shouldn’t be an issue and they can send for another review. Then the clinical team denied my claim again and the call center agent could give me no reasonable explanation for why. So now I’m charged for services I can’t use and back to the drawing board on getting care. They wasted my time, gave shoddy explanations and hid behind a call center to avoid explaining any rationale. Just sketchy all around.

Frustrating initial encounter customer service

There is no phone number only email response which is not good for someone that works in the ER. There is no list of pharmacies pre set that take prescriptions from online providers.

Stay away unless you want to be abruptly dropped years later

If so could give this place zero stars I would. At first I thought they were great. I have been treating ADHD for close to 20 years. So going to Done I was just looking to continue my care. Made my appointment, uploaded all my records and 100% transparent about my history. I continue to see them for 18Months adhering to all their guidelines and rules. Continue seeing my therapist and living my life. In 18 months there were never any medication or dose changes, early fills and been doing this long enough to know to toe the line. The about a week before my monthly follow up, I am notified that they have “rebranded” themselves and in short dropping me as a patient?I was shocked? Completely blindsided and they made zero attempts to try to assist with coordinating care outside to another provider or even provide me a reasonable amount of time to find a new provider. All ethical guidelines under the AMA of a providers responsibility when deciding to drop a patient? While I can understand rebranding or even dropping patients, my issue is violating the ethical guidelines and providers responsibility to the patient in ensuring the patient can transition care. Providing a weeks notice for a decision that they have abruptly change their policies on what patient which in turn can harm the patient violates the AMA guidelines. I am certain I am not the only patients they have done this too and hope one day a class action suit is filed against Done. It’s completely criminal and discriminatory to abruptly drop established patients because of ‘branding issuesSo even for those who like myself thinks Done or whatever name they are calling themselves, are great, I would encourage to have a contingency provider at all times so you don’t find yourself in the same position of abruptly being dropped because Done rebrands themselves. It doesn’t matter if you follow the rules, or how transparent you are at your first visit they may suddenly rebrands themselves and decide to discriminate against you and stop treating you. They won’t even give you times or assist with coordinating care with a new providers. I have asked countess times to get a letter discharging me so that I can provide it to a new provider and months later they continue to drag their feet.

If I could rate this company a zero I…

If I could rate this company a zero I would. The amount of anguish and stress I have been through with them is astronomical. I first started using done/mindful last year, where everything was OK for 2-3 months. In August I had a severe panic attack that before going to the hospital, thought was associated with one of my new medications (intuniv) so I had indeed messaged my provider. I then visited the ER and they told me it was unrelated to medications, I did not have any issues with my BP or cardiac function and I was experiencing a severe panic attack. My provider from Done had messaged me back and said to immediately stop all of my medications until our next appointment. I have very strong mental health issues and I really wasn’t comfortable stopping my medications cold turkey as I have had really bad side affects from stopping things without tapering before. (Wellbutrin and sertraline.) so I messaged my provider ASKING if there was anything else we could do and gave some examples. He responded with a message to the tune of, because I was ignoring advice and taking medications without being supervised he was discharging me from his care and sending me to another provider. I was completely distraught that my provider wouldn’t even let me ask questions regarding my own care without accusing me of something like this and then essentially kicking me out… so at this time, I did not renew my subscription and went to a different company. After a few months my provider with that company also left so I returned to Done. I paid for six months ahead of time. I was still matched with the new provider my previous one had sent me to. I explained the situation to her and she was understanding and supported me and prescribed me the medications I needed. We planned to have another appt in 3 months. I was happy with this. However, when I went to make my three month follow up at the right time, my current provider was GONE and I was only able to make an appt with my old one. I sent a message explaining and he responded saying he had sent a message to the support team. I assumed it would be resolved. Instead what happened was the next time I logged in my entire account was cancelled and I was told I don’t qualify for treatment. After emailing back and forth and even on a phone call and explaining the situation, I was told the decision is final, so I asked for a refund and got zero response after this. I now have no access to my medications and I am out of them. For a company that values mental health, this is extremely damaging to people.
