Quick and efficient.
Delivery was on time. The two fitters were very efficient and careful when removing old bed and fitting new king size ottoman. They double checked positioning and ran through operation of bed, mattress care and safety feature. They left the room clean and tidy and job done quickly.

Staff in store extremely helpful and friendly.Placed my order and it was delivered on time.Delivery staff were careful, put on overshoes when entering house, assembled beds and removed all wrapping.Have used Dreams before and would recommend .

Excellent Service
Excellent service start to finish very helpful staff who gave us all the time we needed to make decisions whilst giving us all the technical information we asked for about the bed we were buying. Delivery excellent as well would highly recommend.

Helpful, friendly staff provided us with advice with no pressure to buy
Friendly staff advised us on the types of mattresses that would likely be suitable for us before leaving us to try out some of them in our own time. There was no pressure sales, just a relaxing cuppa and advice if we needed it while trying out a range of beds. Delivery service was excellent and fast.

I’ve only had it for a week but already…
I’ve only had it for a week but already feel a difference in my sleep pattern.Less waking up throughout the night when turning over - l am a side sleeper. Getting used to the different feel of the foam from my previous spring mattress. I feel my sleep is deeper than before and am monitoring the differences with a positive attitude.So far so good.Thanks Tempur and dreams😁

Excellent service from this store
Excellent service from this store. The lady was super helpful. The price was amazing compared to other bed stores . The guys who delivered were very helpful and respectful of my home I would definitely recommend ( actually al ready have )and will certainly shop here again. Thank you.
