Review for 12,000 btu
I purchased a Dreo 8000 btu from Amazon a year ago. It was used in a small 12’x12’bedroom. It worked so well and I was especially pleased at how quiet it was as it cycled on and off. I decided to purchase a 12,000 btu for my master bedroom on 03/06/26 again from Amazon. I had used the AC for almost a week and had just written a review about how great the new model was working, and just hours later it stopped working. I did all the troubleshooting and just felt sick that it stopped. I was very relieved that Amazon offered to pick the ac up and I was immediately refunded. I decided to immediately order the same model from DREO directly. I received item quickly and have been using it for almost two weeks now without a problem. When cycling on and off the compressor is so quiet and you don’t get jolted out of your sleep, the 8000 btu was just as quiet and it was used every night for a year. I highly recommend cleaning your filters weekly and draining water as needed especially if you live in humid area which is 2-3 per week for me. This easy maintenance keeps your ac working with no problems. One other great feature is how small these units are, I was happily surprised that the 12,000 btu was not much bigger than the 8,000. Our HOA doesn’t allow window units and the window set up for my Dreo looks nice and barely noticeable from outside. I’m sorry that I don’t have measurements for my master bedroom which is upstairs, but our house is 1200sq foot 3 bedroom 2 bath it’s decent size bedroom to fit a king bed, side tables with dresser and chest of drawers with just enough room to not feel overly crowded. I’m stuck in bed unfortunately from injury and unable to measure. I am a 52 yr old woman whose internal oven has been turned up too high without my permission haha! I hope this helps anyone searching. I couldn’t be happier with the 12,000btu Dreo portable AC.

We bought a Dreo smart tower fan
We bought a Dreo smart tower fan in March 2023 from Amazon. It is working very fine with app and in remote control. It's very well working with Amazon Alexa. The very good thing that the reason we bought this smart tower fan in summer while in good sleeping its uncomfortable and irritation to go to switch off or change the speed of the tower fan. Instead its well working with Amazon Alexa so we tell Alexa to change the speed or switch on or off the tower fan. Its truly a life changing equipment and we're thoroughly enjoying to using it in summer. Also there is no issues with the smart tower fan and Dreo given 5 years warranty.

I ordered a Dreo Humidifier for my bedroom; it leaked and ruined my hardwood floors. My friend who had referred me, also ordered a Dreo and her humidifier also leaked ruining her hardwood floors. I have called Dreo to rectify this problem and they will not acknowledge or do anything to remedy the problem. For two people to have the same issue is very upsetting.

I did not receive the product
I did not receive the product. UPS said the box was empty and thrown away. It was not delivered. I did get a refund but it took several emails and I paid a fee for international shipping for something I never got. I need the filters but I will try to purchase another way i guess.

DREO is a FAILO
I used to love this company and their products until I bought a humidifier (my second) that (after several months) I realized had a faulty hydrometer rendering the important “auto” function inoperable. I called DREO customer support and they DID NOTHING TO HELP…promised to call me back for trouble-shooting…nothing. Called back, complete incompetence…and total customer abandonment. Amazing how quickly a company you trust and admire morphs into a company you will never do business w again. Good luck w DREO when their products fail cause you’re on your own. One last thing: When companies don’t even monitor/address 1-start reviews (DREO does not) it means one thing: They don’t care about their customers.

Waste of money
For starters, they sent the wrong heater. We ordered the bigger version, they sent the small. So we paid for a big one, got a small one. We said 'eff it' winter is starting now and we need it! So we used it and about 5/6 weeks in, the heater was not putting out the amount of heat it had been. Now, here we are, winter is NOT over and it no longer works. It turned off on its own and has never turned back on again. So this company is not on my top list and i am going to verbally spread the word as well. Wasted money on a heater, that i didnt technically get, then it crapped out before the winter season even ended!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of money. Please make sure to shop around and not get something that looks nice and one person said was great. WORST HEATER EVER!
