Bad service - do not take responsibility on defective items
I had a very disappointing experience with TradeInn. The shoes I ordered were incorrectly sized, making the shoes noticeably smaller. I provided comparison photos with another Ultraboost pair to prove the issue.Instead of acknowledging the incorrect product information, TradeInn refused a full refund and claimed the shoes showed “usage,” and they then offered only a 50% refund, after I was asked to pay again for the return.This was a return caused by their own inaccurate listing, yet the process was unhelpful and unfair. I cannot recommend TradeInn based on this experience.

Trainers
I ordered some trainers for my daughters birthday that were sold out everywhere else… afterwards I read a few trust pilot reviews that said delivery took a lot longer than stated online so initially I was worried but the trainers arrived on time and were perfect so it’s only fair I came on to write a review reflecting my experience… 5 stars from me and a very happy daughter :) would definitely buy again.

New Balance Trainers
6th April reply to Dress Inn.I used Royal mail for £6.99 , the only other option was DHL as it is on the website today which was for £53 which with respect i dont think anyone would pay for. I trusted that the £6.99 would be a safe and reliable service but not the case and your comment is not a reasonable suggestion.Ordered some New Balance Trainers which took quite a while to arrive which wasn't too much of an issue although I had paid £6.99 delivery.The parcel was left by Royal Mail on my front door step in full view with the front and back of the bag ripped open and one on the trainers hanging out. When I looked int he parcel the shoe box was completely crushed although the trainers were okay. I contacted DressInn to let them know about the state of the parcel and they weren't particularly interested which does concern me as this service is being charged for and should be reported back. I was offered 5% of a future order but I wouldnt use this company again as they didnt seem interested in this which is what I expected after paying £6.99 for this.I provided them with photographs but again no interest. Very Very poor customer service.

Slow Service
Placed my order on the 23rd March 2026 and it weren't dispatched until the 2nd April 2026. Currently delivery says due on 5th April which is obviously impossible as that's Easter Sunday and tracking shows it isn't even in this country yet. So it's a really slow service and I still don't know when I'll receive the item. I can't see it being next week at all at which point it'll be three weeks since ordering. Hopefully I don't have to return it otherwise that's even more waiting.
