What did they do
What did they do. What were they thinking. This is a disgusting site now with 0 use for it. Bad redesign and bad decisions on drops part.

Drop is now dead
Drop is now dead , killed by junk peddler Corsair .Although Drop did start to destroy themselves around 2019, starting with the name change from Massdrop , you could still get AKG, SMSL, Sennheiser etc audio bargains . Keyboards seemed to be their main focus , obviously it's a high profit market. Corsair no doubt thought they would buy Drop and just hope people will buy their stuff instead .RIP Drop.

I waited a full week for my express…
I waited a full week for my express shipping, and no one ever contacted me. The AI assistant is completely useless — it constantly freezes, doesn’t let you continue typing, and forces you to repeat the same actions 5–6 times in a row.Customer support never reached out to me at all. My UPS tracking has been stuck on “Label Created” for 5 days. UPS confirmed that the package was never handed over to them for shipment.Drop’s customer support is completely silent and does not respond to messages.This is especially frustrating because I paid for express shipping. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and it feels like the company simply doesn’t care about its customers.

Be very careful when ordering outside the US
They do not include VAT at checkout. I find this practice lazy at best, and perhaps malicious even. Granted I'm used to aliexpress and amazon, etc always showing you VAT upfront. even competitor audio(granted most are chinese) stores include VAT in their checkout prices.

Keycaps and Headphones
Their products keep me coming back for more. I have purchased many sets of keycaps and a pair of open back gaming headphones. I have always been very pleased with what I receive. Their MT3 Dasher keycaps are favorite of all time. I love that I can track my shipments through Shop. I do wish they included free shipping with a slightly lower price point. Will still order from them.

Prime day deals discounted a set of headphones below what I paid for them the day before, and they (within an hour) price matched with no questions asked. Generally great quality of products, been using my Drop X Sennheiser HD58X Jubilees for 4 or 5 years now with only a replacement cable required.

Great experience
My keycaps were defective and didn't fit my keyboard layout. Drop solved everything for me in a short time. The quality is good, and their customer service is excellent.

Made an order and cancel it before shipment. They returned my money asap and was really Quick to answer a follow up e-mail reguarding a different matter.Now i’m just waiting for an other run of the Noctua keycaps 🙏

Shoddy, overpriced products and terrible customer service
Do not purchase anything made by Drop, especially their keyboards. I was foolish enough to buy two boards from them, and they have both had issues with chattering/ghosting/repeating keys. My last experience with customer service, they made no effort to help me resolve it. They directed me to update the firmware...but the firmware they provided is in a file type their software doesn't even recognize! They then essentially told me to figure it out myself. Do not purchase from them!**Edit: I have changed the review from 1 to 2 stars, and removed the implication of legal action, as this review motivated them to reach out and resolve the issue. That said, my opinion of the company has not changed.
