Excellent quality every time ❤️
Excellent quality every time , I love Dunelm , you can practically find everything under the one roof and everything is of a high quality , I love the comfort of ordering on line and collecting in my local store , I have never been disappointed, I rate this store 5 out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.....Oh and if you shop in-store you can also have a tasty brunch at competable prices .

I ordered and paid for a dining table…
I ordered and paid for a dining table in March, received the table top 20th March but no legs. Contacted Dunelm got a message to say the legs would be delivered on the 26th March arranged a day of work got a message the evening before with delivery time. At 9:05am on the delivery day I got an email to say delivery was running a hour late which wasn’t an issue. However at 9:12am I got another email to say they didn’t have my package for delivery and they would be in contact within 48 hours. Still no word by the 31st so I tracked the package and it said cancelled by the retailer. They didn’t even have the decency to contact me. I rang customer services who informed me that they had lost the legs but would look into it. Now 13th April still no table legs or contact from Dunelm.

Such a disappointment!
I had been excited to buy the Bella Utopia occasional chair in black - it was advertised as being half price! I ordered it, paid for it and chose a date for delivery. The day before it was due to be delivered, I had an email to say they were no longer in stock - you had made a mistake, and I would be refunded. What a disappointment!!
