I returned that big bulky battery. Also, when you return your item, you need to send them a letter letting them know why you are returning it. They got the battery but I got an email telling me they could not refund my money so they were giving me store credit. Nope! I want my refund. They then said that they could not return to my cc because the expiration date expired. But this was the card I paid for the item with, and it is very current. I did not understand and they took several long emails to try to explain. It was ridiculous. They then just paid me back via PayPal and that was that. Service gets a D. The pen itself is pretty cool. I have two caps and I feel I have to heat it a while after the cap clips (and I know how to heat it). I have no problems with the Dynavap Pen MXL Will I ever purchase a product from them, right now, no, and that's a shame because I like the product, but the service is a huge NO for me.

USPS misdelivered my package on November 28 and was unable to recover it. It was a small order, so I expected Dynavap to quickly help me out. 10 emails later and after providing documentation from USPS that my order was lost, I finally received a canned "sorry for the inconvenience" email. This was on December 9. The only offered solution was for me to pay shipping for a replacement order since I didn't purchase their "shipping insurance."At no point did anyone seem to actually care that a customer paid for products they didn't receive. The support agent was short and unhelpful. Love the products but won't be supporting this company again.

Ordered new item direct. Arrived scratched. Unhelpful, slow customer service. Got partial refund plus they make you pay your own return label then just ignore you. Scumbag company, never again.

I just got into this company in October I’ve heard of them over the past 10 years and they have surpassed any possible expectations I am blown away To start I had a problem with my card while ordering and I was able to call customer support and the product I was trying to buy got sold out then they restocked it and finally they helped me by placing a phone order and I loved the product I then order more and I love it the armor cap is a huge upgrade but I got 2 and one was slightly to large leading to it to fall off the burn me a bit they are mailing me another one after one call to amber in customer service who is an amazing angel On top of all of that over 2-3 weeks of following their social media closely I have seen 15 giveaways and I even won one of them I am getting a pre release of the new VONG X Overall I can not recommend any company more then one that gives jobs to Americans by keeping their company a manufacturing in the US to have such a die hard community that adores them to be so customer focused as to produce every part of their product separately so you can buy replacement parts Everything about this company is as close to perfect as you can get it I’m an extremely critical person and I genuinely can’t think of a single thing I would change Maybe amber deserves a raise that’s my one critique 🫶🏽
