I ordered the Dyson V17 animal piston. It cleans well but is heavy. The most annoying thing is how difficult it is to detach the wand to empty the dirt container. I gather this is a problem with other Dysons as well. Why can’t they fix it

Avoid buying the Dyson Humidifiers. I have had mine for just over a year now and the amount of problems with this thing and it's awful smells with bacteria issues that no matter what I do I cannot avoid! For its price as well it is just not worth the nightmare. Customer service will constantly avoid giving you any kind of replacement or actual fix. You send It to them and all they do It replace the filter. THAT IS NOT A FIX DYSON! THAT IS A SHORT TERM WORK AROUND!

I am extremely disappointed with Dyson’s after-sales customer service.I had a collection arranged three separate times for my Dyson WashG1™ wet floor cleaner, and on each occasion, the collection failed. Every time, I was told there was an issue with my address. This is simply not true. I have previously purchased multiple products directly from Dyson — including a hair straightener, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and a mop — and there were never any delivery issues.It seems that delivering products to my address is not a problem, but collecting a faulty device for repair suddenly becomes one.As a disabled person, this situation has been particularly frustrating and disappointing. I genuinely expected a smooth and professional service considering the premium prices Dyson charges. Unfortunately, the reality has been the opposite.For comparison, I also own a vacuum cleaner from Miele, and their customer service was excellent. They handled the repair efficiently and returned my device within a week without any issues.That is what proper customer service looks like — something Dyson has clearly failed to deliver in my case.

I received my V11 advanced today, very disappointed there is no stair cleaning attachment included with this model, even though the promotion video shows one. Customer service say video shows compatible accessories which are not necessarily included . BEWARE NO STAIR ATTACHMENT.

I ordered a Dyson Supersonic Nural hair dryer (order 1507359996) on 20 March 2026 with next-day delivery. It is now 11 April — 22 days later — and I still have not received it. The tracking (MJ059888609GB) has shown zero movement since the day it was dispatched.I have contacted Dyson customer service four times via live chat:27 March – Agent Tarun P told me to wait until Monday 30 March and escalated my case (reference 53134725). Monday came and went. Nothing arrived.8 April – Agent Aditi confirmed in writing that: (1) my order would arrive by 10 April at the latest; (2) if not, Dyson would reship the same item at no extra cost; (3) a £10 compensation would be refunded to my original payment method. She confirmed "Yes, that's correct" to all three points. I have the full transcript saved.11 April – Agent Rohit told me to wait another 24–48 hours. This is the fourth time I have been given this response. Every previous 24–48 hour window has passed with no action and no update.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Dyson — not the courier — is legally responsible for ensuring I receive my goods. Three written commitments have been broken. I am now filing a formal complaint via Resolver and will be escalating to Trading Standards if this is not resolved imminently.The product itself may be excellent, but Dyson's customer service has been consistently dishonest and has failed to honour its own written commitments. Buyer beware.

Dyson Airstrait was fine and stopped working after less than 3 months of use. Made use of the warranty and arranged a repair. One month later - after a repair wasn't possible - I still have no replacement product. I've wasted so much time chasing them up. A £20 hairdryer would have given less issues and stress. Won't be buying a product from them ever again.

Compared to the other vacuum cleaner which began with a "S" , this is half the weight! Which makes it easier for elderly people ( which we are) lift and vacuum with. The Dyson app is a very convenient tool to have, explaining everything visually, so far it's only a week if use but everything works well! This is years of evolvement and a well thought out product, the last making easy of use even easier. The last Dyson vacuum we had was the very first ones a upright corded push one! The V8 is light years ahead, like every thing else things move on and get better.😁

My daughter bought me a Dyson Airwrap id for Christmas 2025. The model came with one barrel and it was not working (blowing hair away from the barrel rather than sucking the hair around the barrel). I should have returned it but when I phoned I was advised they would send a replacement barrel. They didn’t have one in stock but would let me know when it was in stock. I have phoned on several occasions to chase and have finally been told one has been ordered and is on its way. Dyson support is just unacceptable. I can’t think of another product where you pay £450 and then have to wait 4 months for a part for it to work. I would not recommend this product or Dyson in general. Very poor.

I’ve contacted them multiple times requesting a return label for a refund, but it still hasn’t been provided after a year. They kept apologising, but the label was never actually sent. Recently checking online, I’ve seen that I’m not the only customer experiencing this issue. This level of service is unacceptable. It feels like they’re doing it deliberately to avoid issuing refunds and keep the money.

Bought animal grooming attachment however requires 2 hands to operate so dog needs to stand perfectly still. My dog likes to move around so useless equipment really
