This is a criminal enterprise masquerading as a business. They steal your money with no intent to fulfill their end of the business transaction. Their customer service is to blatantly lie about the issue, claim it is someone else's fault and then begrudgingly offer a refund. If they are feeling particularly kind, they will offer a $3 off coupon that doesn't even cover half of their delivery fee and it has to be used the same night they issue it to you. Absolute joke and embarrassment of a company.

I just ordered from a restaurant website, and it showed that the food would be delivered by EatStreet. It stated that delivery was free. I was skeptical, but went through with the ordering process. At the next to final order page, it showed "free delivery" and asked for a generous tip. I added a tip because I figured I should leave a nice tip given that the delivery was free, and then the confirmation email showed that my tip was added as well as an 8 dollar delivery fee and a 14 dollar service fee - more than 22 dollars extra for my "free" delivery. I will never order anything from any restaurant that uses Eat Street ever again - this should be viewed as false advertising and fraud!

I ordered pizza from the app. It never showed up. I called the restaurant and they said they could not find the order under my name and my phone number. However. The app shows the time the order is on its way. I chatted with "customer service" and was told that they do not track the order and the restaurant uses their own delivery person, and I need to work out with the restaurant. I asked for the refund and was told I need to ask the restaurant for a resolution. I am thinking why I used this app. I could have called the restaurant since the app does not take any responsibility except for charging my cradit card with food, delivery fee and tip. Nevertheless, this is such a spam and I will never use this web again. The good news is that the restaurant lady is nice to make our order for free and we picked it up. 20 minutes after 2 hours starving.

Terrible experience. Years ago Eat Street was reliable and I preferred ordering through a 'smaller' business. However, after a recent order WHICH WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO ME, I will not be ordering from them again. The driver allegedly had trouble finding my address despite being able to find it for every order I've placed through them before (with the same restaurant as well- this restaurant uses their own delivery drivers and they've never had an issue before. Plus, I leave specific directions for where I am located and how to contact me if not sure). I got two calls with no voicemail or text from the driver- the call was not returned when I tried to call back (bizarrely did not even go to voicemail). I did call the restaurant and was basically told 'oh well, we cashed out our driver sorry contact Eat Street about it'. I did contact Eat Street...and was told to contact the restaurant (which, if they bothered to read the inital email I sent them they'd know I already did). Anyway- Eat Street did nothing, refused to refund an $80+ order, and to be honest, I suspect the delivery driver stole it because I wasn't even given the option (by the restaurant) at the time to go and pick it up. If you can order anywhere else- DO SO. This website is garbage, the support is awful, and I'll never spend money here again.

My food was not delivered after an hour. I called the restaurant and they said I needed to contact EatStreet. The only way to contact them was through live chat which so annoying and slow! Then says they’re short on drivers — why take the order if you have no drivers??? I asked for a refund as my food will be cold and soggy since I ordered sushi. They couldn’t give me a refund…I’m so disappointed and totally deleting the eat street app after my food is delivered. Bye Felicia!

Their site sucks! They won’t allow some perfectly valid addresses. So you have to use one they like. Then their delivery person delivers to an address that isn’t even remotely the same. Then when you never get your $65 order their tech support won’t do anything for you! So your hungry and out a bunch of money! If their delivery person had a brain you might get your food. I even told the delivery person they were at the wrong house and they delivered it there anyway! Idiot! Don’t expect much from these people!

This company had terrible customer service and they steal your money. I orders food for my grandkids they took the money and never placed the order with the restaurant and THEN I SAT ON THE PHONE FOR TWENTY MINUTES TO GET HUNG UP ON . I sent an email to get no response they suck and I will never order anything again

I waited almost an hour for my food. I called the restaurant and no one had been there to pick up my food. I drove across town to get my food myself and they made it fresh for me because they told me that my eat Street driver had just come and picked it up almost an hour and 15 minutes late and it has been ice cold when he got it. I was still waiting for my food to be made fresh when the eat Street driver called and said my food had been delivered. I told him don’t bother I had gone to get it myself. I came back to my place to find the cold food had been delivered outside, and the delivery on the app as “unable to deliver” because he knew he messed up and now tried to make it seem like he couldn’t find my place or something. I will never order from eat street again. They won’t even let you request a refund - they took his side. Completely done.

I ordered delivery from Eat Street which took over one and a half hours to be delivered. My first contact to customer service they relayed it would be delivered in 15-20 minutes. When 20 minutes passed I reached out again and requested refund so that I could go somewhere else. After another wait I reached out to request and received the contact number. My order did eventually arrive after I had to feed my children. The service rep sent me a $7 coupon for my $70 order, for a service I will obviously not be using again. If you are hungry do not order through Eat Street!

I ordered last Friday through EatStreet. I received gross slimy salad with the meal I ordered. I supplied images and then I got a run around with coupon offer at first, which I did not want.Then I was directed to call the owner directly to ask for a refund for the meal, and if he ok'd it, then they could refund me. The owner offered me a refund for the meal. I also had a small side and I told him I am happy if he refunded me the meal, and I do not care for the refund the side. After having two forks of slimy salad, which I did only see after I already had those two forks full- I absolutely lost my appetite! I was not going to eat anything else! The owner said he understood and was sorry. When the Eatstreet rep got back to me, he told me he is refunding me for the side and not the meal. I explained there is a misunderstanding the rep, said that that is what the owner confirmed. I felt cheated and asked to please reconnect with the owner about the misunderstanding. He told me the restaurant was not answering and there is nothing else he can do but to escalate it. I would hear back within 24-48 hrs. That was on Friday and today is Tuesday. I wrote to Eatstreet directly but no-one is getting back to me. I received the refund of $3 when I paid $28. I will never use Eatstreet again! They have large fees but fill in customer service! FOLLOW UP:Per Eatstreet connected back with them (after they saw my review on here), but they did not get stat all- they dropped the ball to help me get my $ back and support a slimy restaurant owner, who blatantly lied to refund me! They offered me a coupon for $5 to use next time... LOLI will NEVER use Eatstreet again! I do not recommend to use them as a service! They charged $10 on top of the order I got, to totally ignore what happened. I will get my own food from now on!
