I am new to eFax, so when getting locked out of my account I thought it might be user error. I called Tech Support and Minh was so helpful, unlocking my account and showing me their old system, which worked better on my computer than their newer upgraded system. I really appreciated Minh's professionalism and help. I will continue using eFax going forward. I would recommend anyone facing problems to call Tech support. They deliver.

Efax HIJACKED my personal information. I signed up for a 7 day test, sent a fax that took an hour to complete and then cancelled the 7 day test after 2 days because I was not impressed. However, I expected to receive the remaining 5 days so I could log back into the account and view the sent status again as well as most importantly Delete the personal information I sent that included my SSN but instead of being able to login I got a message that the system could not log me in as well as an Account Closure message. I was shocked that Efax did this during the 7 day test because on past accounts they gave the full test time and then they deleted the account and not before the test time was even over. Now I cannot even delete my personal information from their system and they have HIJACKED my information. I am reporting Efax to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, FTC and BBB as well as other proper authorities. They need to be SHUT DOWN!

Paid for eFax but never received a temporary password, so I couldn’t log in. The customer service AI wasn’t helpful and didn’t resolve the issue. I can't even cancel it right now because i don't have the log in credentials. Frustrating and feels like a scam.

I have tried to cancel my subscription several times and I get a form email back directing me how to cancel online. The cancel button they direct me to online doesn't work. The chat service they offer keeps rerouting me to the same email to click the cancel button. When I call customer service they "are experiencing high call volume." Don't sign up for this service. It is VERY difficult to cancel.
