I ordered flowers on line for my sister's birthday

I ordered flowers on line for my sister on 19/03/26; the on line system kept altering the postcode I entered. 3 times I corrected it but the EVRI emails appeared to show they had been given the wrong postcode for delivery. 23/03/26 I had received emails from EVRI putting the date back x 3 so I emailed Eflorist explaining that their system had changed postcode 3 times and no flowers had been received. They denied any responsibility or liability and refused a refund or replacement; the attitude from the complaints dept was rude and unhelpful. Disgusting SCAM

Ordered flowers for my sister in France…

Ordered flowers for my sister in France but they didn't arrive. Have tried to contact customer service on numerous occasions with no response ftom them. Am now trying to get a refund but again, no response.

£45 for a bunch of flowers I could have…

£45 for a bunch of flowers I could have got for £5 at Sainsbury’s/Tesco.Extremely disappointed and hugely embarrassed by what arrived. Was for my late father’s funeral too. Requested a larger bouquet and paid the extra. What was received was nothing like the picture of what I was meant to receive. Awful. Avoid

If I was able to score a zero I would. Ordered flowers to arrive the day before Mother's Day. They did not arrive. Subsequent effort to resolve have proved pointless with no response from the supposed customer service email address. Flowers are still showing as in transit! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

It was frustrating that whilst I was charged extra for a delivery date of Mothers day itself, the flowers were then delivered the day before!!

Do not waste your money on these flowers! Go to a petrol garage you'd get better!

I ordered a rose and lily bouquet from Elforsit for Mother’s Day, and I’m honestly so disappointed and embarrassed by what arrived. This was meant to be a special gift, but it completely fell flat.The bouquet was delivered around midday, which would’ve been fine if the product itself wasn’t such a letdown. I paid £35 for what was advertised as a “large” arrangement, but in reality it was small and looked nothing like the photos on the website. The difference in size and presentation is honestly shocking.The quality was even worse — several flowers were broken, and some were already dead on arrival. For something meant to celebrate Mother’s Day, this is completely unacceptable.The “free” box of Lindt chocolates contained just three individual pieces, which felt like a bit of a joke. On top of that, I paid £4 for a card and £9 for delivery, bringing the total to nearly £50 — and it simply wasn’t worth it.Honestly, I could’ve gotten better at a petrol garage — bigger, better flowers for a lot less money.This whole experience feels like a rip-off. I would not recommend ordering from Elforsit, especially for important occasions. Save your money and go elsewhere — you’ll likely get far better quality for a fraction of the price.

I sent my daughter flowers for her…

I sent my daughter flowers for her anniversary on the 17th March. Within two days the flowers were wilting and appeared to be dying. Attempted to ring the company but the phone was out of use. Absolutely disgusted with both the product and the company.
