Don't waste your money.
I purchased a year subscription. They are now changing terms less than 4 months in and I am limited to the whole reason I purchased a year. Can't get a refund and am stuck with it.

Based on that experience, I decided to upgrade to an annual subscription.However, shortly after my payment, the AI feature was significantly restricted to a limited number of generations per month, making it practically unusable for my needs.If this change had been clearly communicated before my purchase, I would have continued with a monthly plan instead of committing to a full year.Additionally, when I contacted support, I was given a link to request a cancellation or refund, but the link did not work. Despite following the instructions provided, I was unable to complete the process.After multiple attempts and weeks of communication, my case was ultimately denied without a clear or fair solution.At this point, I feel that I paid for a service under conditions that no longer match what I originally experienced, and no reasonable resolution was offered.I hope Envato can review cases like mine more carefully and provide better support for long-time users affected by these changes.Estoy muy decepcionada con mi experiencia con Envato Elements.Llevaba varios meses utilizando la plataforma, especialmente para generación con IA, lo cual era una parte clave de mi trabajo. Basándome en esa experiencia, decidí adquirir la suscripción anual.Sin embargo, poco después de realizar el pago, la función de IA fue limitada significativamente a un número reducido de generaciones por mes, lo que la hace prácticamente inutilizable para mis necesidades.Si este cambio se hubiera comunicado claramente antes de la compra, habría continuado con un plan mensual en lugar de comprometerme con un plan anual.Adicionalmente, cuando contacté soporte, me proporcionaron un enlace para solicitar cancelación o reembolso, pero dicho enlace no funcionaba. Horrible code quality of products
Horrible code quality of products, because code quality review is NOT done properly.Support is responding, but it takes time because either nobody is working there or they are simply overwhelmed by the indian vibecoded products.Overall: not worth buying something software-related.

Horrible service Overall. No Access to Old Accounts
Horrible service. They implement ridiculous security policies to secure accounts. I was locked out after I was unable to access and old email on one of my accounts. I still had my correct username, password and 2FA codes enabled through Google Authenticator but apparently that was still not enough. They also implement and unnecessary emailed code after using the 2Fa codes. Apparently having the correct username, password and 2FA codes is not enough.Customer service is utterly useless as they demand everything from your blood samples, credit check and stool sample to regain access. Seriously, they want old receipts, email addresses, credit card numbers, former addresses associated with the account, reasons for email change...etc. I had 3 accounts over the years and as a result want nothing to do with this horrendous company. I went to Template Monster for easier access.

A Disappointing Shift from a Once Creator-Centric Platform
I’ve been a long-time customer of Envato, which is why the new GenAI plans are particularly disappointing. Limiting users to just 10 generations feels out of touch with how these tools are actually used.Competitors like Kling and Google clearly offer more value for the price. When I reached out for clarification, the response I received was essentially: this is the plan, take it or leave it. That kind of stance is hard to reconcile with the level of loyalty many of us have shown over the years.Envato built its reputation by understanding and supporting creators. This shift feels like a step away from that foundation.

Items are removed with no notice, leaving you out of pocket without services
What a huge waste of money.. Avoid buying here, yes they are a great company, but their policies are flawed.Multiple themes and plugins I have purchased, are no longer available because the author decided to remove them.. So now I have to buy them again? Literally stupidity. What a huge waste of money.

POOR Company Stop UNLESS your a web designer or of considerable experience.Purchased template that was the correct colours and almost to the exact layout required...... Paid uploaded to Shopify and lo and behold bares no resemblance to the theme I purchase..... not even a single colour.... I understand that the pictures etc will be irrelevant. But the scheme etc what I was after.. They refused refund cause basically I should know what im doing?? I purchase a theme because I don't know what I'm doing!! is that not the point??? Keep away obviously going skint as out of curtesy refund ing this payment is the normal practice ?? NOW I understand that their score on here is so low, should have looked first, When will I learn especially with IT

Highly highly not recommended
The quality of Envato company has degraded a lot through the years, I am a user of Envato and specifically Code Canyon for past 14 years, recently i had an issue regarding some fraudulant transcations on my account, I wanted refund, but was told that these are legit transactions and they gave me weired reasons.So sad.Highly not recommended.
