Appalling courier service
Order has sat with Evri at a delivery hub for over a week now status 'we're very sorry your order has been delayed' despite my order confirmation stating I would receive a delivery date within 48 hours. Who knows when it will arrive

Item different to image
Although the shipping was much quicker than expected, the cycling socks I received were a different design to the photograph on the website. This is disappointing as I will probably return and lose out on my £4.95 postage.

Why can't I just speak to an actual person?
Ordered a roadbike. Courier delivered a mountain bike and wouldn't take it back when I pointed out the problem. Choice of email or a chatbot to try and resolve. Now waiting for someone to advise when they will collect the wrong bike (has been taking up half of my kitchen in an enormous box for the last 4 days). Perhaps then they'll email me and let be know when they plan to deliver the right bike. Dreadful service. Do not recommend.

I never received my order which cost…
I never received my order which cost over 160 pounds. Evri delivered to the wrong address, claiming they fulfilled their drop off (falsely) and Evan’s Cycles refused to support or take responsibility for the order even though they claim they take responsibility for the shipment process. Zero support and I feel completely scammed by both the courier and Evan’s cycles.
