Don't Use this site to purchase!! There are so many other cheaper options!!
They need to make it very clear that when you purchase ticket insurance you won't be eligible for a refund. I purchased my tickets months in advance and tried to get my refund and they said I cannot get a refund even though I added ticket insurance to get a full refund "which is also a lie" just a waist of money. I will NEVER purchase tickets through this site again!!

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. Do not buy tickets from event center. They drastically over price the tickets and you will be left holding a worthless ticket.

It was Ok
It was Ok. Download of tickets wasn't available until a few days before concert even though you already had may money.Was unable to down load to Apple iPhone wallet.

I made a mistake
I made a mistake, getting tickets here. Ended up going directly to the vendor, which was the Austin symphony and got better seats at better prices. Don’t buy tickets through this Center!

Frustrating Experience
3 or 4 emails/texts with apparently different instructions...being forced to create another account with password and all the attendant you know what just to simply get 2 tickets...3 calls to the 'help' desk, twice with the virtual help 'chat'...just give me the damn tickets...

Check out was extremely easy, but I’m disappointed that it did not mention how I will rent chairs from the amphitheater facility. Usually there is a link or information at least how to rent chairs.
