Don’t be afraid!
I ordered my dress for a formal wedding. I was a little worried about ordering it online. The dress was exactly as pictured, color and fabric, even better in person! The quality is excellent! True to size as well. Great value as well!Bonus! I like my sleeves a little longer, and I was able to purchase the exact fabric from EverPretty to have longer sleeves.

Incorrect address correction
I pre-ordered a dress and while checking on the tracking to see of it has shipped, I realized I had listed an old address. I emailed them late at night and agent Mark was quickly able to update my address. He also let me know the tracking might still show an old address but it would be shipped to my current address I would have worried, so I appreciate the information.

Efficient service

The dresses come up very small. Not true to sizeWhen you return them You pay for shipping and thenyou are deducted more money for shippingIf you decide to buy only buy through AmazonThey refund all the money you paid and no shippingcosts. However it is hard to buy as sizing is so erratic
