I ordered the wrong contacts and…
I ordered the wrong contacts and reached out immediately. You were closed till 4/10 for the holidays so I waited. I reached out again on the 10th when you opened and was told it was too late to cancel. Huh? Kind of ridiculous honestly. I won't order from you again so I guess there's that.

Warning- seriously not a reputable company
I have had a terrible experience with this company. Orders took extremely too long and I asked for a refund before shipping and was denied. I urge you not to purchase from this online retailer. Way too many other options that will listen to their customers.

Good price
Great service, fast shipping, good prices. The only downer is the stream of emails for products other than contacts. It is never ending with several a week. All I want is contacts every three months , the e-mails are distracting!

So far everything I’ve gotten from you guys is good, but I would like to get more messages to know exactly which pair and how long they’re gonna take to get to my house or if they’re on backorder, I would like to know these things. Sometimes you guys don’t message me or let me know. I would appreciate it if you kept me up on the information on my purchases.
