Misleading advertising. The website promotes “low-cost shipping to the USA,” but actual shipping and delivery charges were over 50% of the order total.This is not low-cost by any standard and should be clearly disclosed upfront. Very disappointing experience.

I recently ordered Cosmelan 2 from this company and was sent what is clearly a fake product. When I raised this issue with their customer service team, they refused to provide a refund. The experience was made worse by the attitude of their customer service, specifically Jade and Suzanne, who were extremely rude and dismissive throughout.Despite their refusal, I was able to secure a refund by gathering thorough evidence, understanding my rights, and pursuing a chargeback through my bank.For anyone unaware, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If they fail to meet even one of these criteria, you are legally entitled to a refund. This overrides any company returns policy.Additionally, when buying online, you are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you further rights, including the ability to cancel and return items under certain conditions.I strongly encourage others to research their consumer rights if something goes wrong so they can secure their money back, use that knowledge as evidence when raising a chargeback, and take clear photographic proof of any issues. If possible, purchase with a credit card for extra protection.The law is on your side, and companies should not be allowed to get away with this kind of behaviour.

I recently left a review regarding the Reward Points system and using these against Jan Marini products. Thank you for responding to this. Surprisingly, and most unusually, I was indeed able to use some of my points against my purchase yesterday . Thank you. However, I've just received your email regarding the "Easter Sale" and thought I would try purchasing some more items, e.g. Jan Marini Juvaneck, same price as yesterday but, again, the discount code isn't valid. I occasionally buy other products, Heliocare, maybe, but otherwise I only purchase Jan Marini as they products are so good, so It's disappointing. On the plus side, I've mostly found orders are dispatched timeously and arrive the next day.

I was very enthusiastic about Face the Future first but then bought a product that happened to be half labelled with the wrong price (the picture was showing a 1L bottle and the text was saying 500mL). The price for 500mL on Face the Future's website was the same price as a 1L bottle elsewhere, so I assumed this was what I was buying. When I received it and showed the error to someone from customer service, I was told I was wrong, that even though the picture was wrong, the product and its price were displayed rightly.Now, you have to pay to send products back to them and I asked if, given the mistake from them, they could cover it, but I was told no.I am not going to buy anything from this website again- they value more thinking they're right than keeping an existing customer (and I was telling about them to friends to)- it makes no sense to me.And if they're displaying things wrong again, I would not want to have to pay for that!

Think twice before ordering with Face the Future as they take zero accountability when things go wrong. Having ordered very expensive moisturiser I immediately contacted customer service when the pump didn’t work. They initially told me to pump more or turn the bottle upside down to release air. Neither worked and I asked again to return the item. They then replied saying they could send me a return label but would have to send the item back the supplier to assess the fault! My purchase contract is with Face the Future nor the supplier - put it right for the customer and then sort it out with your supplier. Have order a few things from them but won’t be ordering from them. Needless to say they haven’t sent the return label either. Terrible customer service.

I ordered from here as they had a hard to find product, it was an easy check out however this is where the issues began.The order was delayed with Royal Mail; taking it beyond the 5 working days quoted at check out.It was a clear window shown at time of ordering with no exception or advisory of it being an estimated time.When contacting via email to raise my concerns to FTF during the delay they used AI initially which responds immediately, but doesn't address any concern. It's extremely frustrating.Eventually I was able to speak to a real person, but the responses lacked any form of accountability. They did chase with RM which then later delivered after days of no updates.The Item was sent on March 5th. The postman left it in a safeplace on the 13th March. I got hold of the item on the 14th March after returning from a trip where I intended to take my order. Thankfully the packing was great for the item and the condition was as expected. The delay however wasn't good enough.Was the item great? YesWould I order from FTF again?Certainly not, the company doesn't care in the slightest about its customers and is ready to fob them off where possible. My order arrived outside the time quoted at checkout and despite their responsibilities as sender and contracting RM, they did not assist or offered to refund my shipping. Which is a poor trading practice.If a human had picked up the responses sooner then I genuinely believe RM would have delivered sooner as it was pending for days, and RM would only listen to the sender not the recipient.

Customer service from order to delivery is outstanding. I had a query about a product and had a prompt response, clear guidance and solution. This was my first experience/order with Face the Future and will certainly order again. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism. How refreshing!!

I should have listened to the negative reviews! I ordered a product on Sunday for this upcoming Mother's Day. Today (Thursday), I've had no updates other than my initial order confirmation on Sunday. I emailed to cancel the order, but was told that their policy dictates that the order can't be cancelled, and instead I would have to return it at a cost to myself, as and when it arrived.Shortly afterwards, I got an email with the subject 'Your Order Is Still Being Prepared' and in the body, 'We wanted to let you know we're currently experiencing a short dispatch delay.'Given the order has not yet left the warehouse, this is the most customer-unfriendly response I've ever experienced from a retailer. Not only would it avoid personal costs to me, but it would save handling costs for you, too.Although I suspect the policy is there as a crutch to your awful service.
