Actually deserves No stars
Actually deserves no stars. Have been trying to get a response fromthem since April and they refuse to respond. The sizing runs very small and the t-shirts are very flimsy material.

Scam - Robot puppy.
I bought the robot puppy. Appearance matches but not the functionality. It was mentioned usb charger but its battery operated. After putting the battery and turned on , it just vibrates and doesn’t move at all. The product doesn’t work. Waste of money. Its just worse than a normal puppy toy.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. First they sent wrong item, then they claim to have shipped the correct one, but it hasn't been shipped they continue to lie about it. DO NOT order from this company. THEY WILL RIP you off. They lie too. I am fighting them for sure. Been going on since Dec. 31st 2024

Hate to say it but Don't believe the fake 5 star reviews
Don't believe the fake reviews here. The 1 star reviews are correct. They are a faceless, nameless company operating in hiding. It took 4 emails to find out when they were shipping and nothing on their website said they were not going to ship in time for Christmas even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. We aren't even at the address where they would now ship once it is eventually ready. 4 email responses to my email asking simply when is this shipping. The responses were lengthy notes of understanding and apologies and excuses and nothing about when it would be shipping so I would write back and say ok but when is it shipping? Never again.

They do not have a phone number on…
They do not have a phone number on their site nor via your banking charges. They do not return the emails as contact us and do not adhere to the 100% guarantee satisfaction. I would not suggest ordering from this company at all. I’m a believer and this is sorely disgraceful for a “company” that asks for prayer requests…BUT ABSOLUTELY ZERO contact.

They are not helpful at all and don't respond to emails
I ordered a crewneck 2 years ago and it has still not arrived. The money was taken from my account, but I still do not have the crewneck. I have emailed faithful and co many many times and have not gotten back any emails from them. They are not being helpful at all with this issue I am having and it is ridiculous.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever! They take forever to send out your order. They don’t actually send you everything you ordered and then on top of that they never give you the return they promise. Save your money for something better!

Do NOT buy from this company!
Do NOT buy from this company!! Apparently something has gone wrong with this company recently; looks like great reviews from the past, but horrible experiences now. I ordered 2 sweatshirts on Jan 2nd, they sent the incorrect ones. They said they'd send the correct one I ordered to pay it forward with the wrong one they sent, well they never sent the correct one. Now they say they'll refund, but they won't submit that either. I'll have to open a PayPal dispute. It's 2/7 and they have done nothing but take my money.

Pay it forward bit me in the butt!
Back in November I purchased a size S long sleeve T shirt. I have one at home from a couple years ago so I ‘knew it would fit’. The size Small I received was a similar width but about 2.5-3” longer in the body length and sleeve length. I contacted the company. No problem. We’ll send a XS…. Keep the S and ‘pay it forward’ to someone who it fits. I did that. The shirt never arrived. I have sent NUMEROUS emails …. ‘Gina’ assures me she’s taking care of it. Gina has gone silent after approximately 2 MONTHS of me waiting. Now the size S is ‘forwarded ‘ so I can’t even bring it to a tailor. Sooooo Frustrated!!!! Soo many kind words in her emails but NO ACTION and NO SHIRT!!!!
