Pointless
I paid for delivery for a year. I bought a top and chose a nominated delivery day. The top did not arrive and I was told although I had chosen a nominated delivery day it could arrive up to 5 working days later. I really can't see the point in choosing a nominated delivery day if this is the case! Over a week later it turned out the top had gone missing, good old Evri (not!). Not impressed.

I bought an addias hoodie and addidas…
I bought an addias hoodie and addidas joggers. The joggers didn't arrive instead they sent a size 16 womens blouse.I emailed the bot said wasn't me and had to ring. I rang them and the customer service agent said she was on calls and not emails so wouldn't be able to view email of wrong item. She has arranged a collection and I now have to wait 14 days for them to processed, I have to the reorder the item I originally order. The customer service is shocking.
