I purchased the Strength Station from…
I purchased the Strength Station from their website. I thought it would be useful for weekends at the camper, etc. They sent me something that says, "Halo Strength Studio". It looks the same, but it doesn't work. The resistance settings don't increase the resistance. On max level, I can pull the cable with a single finger. There is no eccentric resistance either. Their customer support is slow as can be. Admittedly, I am use to Amazon who responds quickly. However, they are going back and forth asking for video, then proof, etc. etc. I paid $500+ for this thing. I sent video showing it doesn't work. Get it resolved!

Good customer service.
I ordered a rebounder. My order was delayed due to USPS delivery service. I contacted FED Fitness and they were so appreciative that I notified them of the delay (which I realized was out of their control). They told me to contact them upon receipt of my item and they would issue a small credit for the inconvenience, which they followed through with. Good customer service!

Great quality, fast shipping
