Ordering, especially reordering, as I was doing is so easy and quick. I also got next day delivery in N Ireland which I did not really expect. So overall super service with only one tiny gripe - I got a pen instead of the little packet of sweets which I so like to enjoy (joking).

Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Was so impressed with my first pair, that I bought a second in a different style. Unfortunately, it seems they were damaged by Evri in transit. FGC were brilliant with their comms, they offered a refund. But we came to a better agreement. They checked my lenses weren't damaged, which they weren't, and replaced the frames. They were both patient and efficient. You never really know how a company is until something goes wrong They were brilliant and I cannot see myself buying glasses elsewhere.
