Incredibly disappointed
Incredibly disappointed I paid extra for the voucher to arrive in time for my nephews birthday - it arrived completely sodden like it had been dunked in water. The voucher/booklet was badly water damaged and fell apart as soon as I tried to get it out of the courier bag.I can't give it to my nephew and now his present will be late while I figure out a way of representing it to gift him something decent. Absolutely terrible

Very Disappointing
Hi We were given a Dog Friendly Afternoon Tea by Find Me A Gift. We checked the location nearest to us. When we came to book the outlet refused the voucher as they had problems being paid by Find Me A Gift and had done so for 6 weeks. The location was still on the Find Me A Gift Website. When we pointed this out we were offered locations 30 miles away. Clearly not reasonable for an Afternoon Tea. A Refund was refused as the Voucher had been bought more than 30 days before. This from a company that prides itself on Customer Service. Very Disappointing.

Parcel came ripped open and box…
Parcel came ripped open and box chocolates were ripped open aswell, the chocolates had been ate out rhe box.

Non arrival of goods promised by you for Monday…
Delivery confirmed by you on Monday 16th March 2026 so waited until Tuesday 17th March 2026 but it still has not arrived...... very disappointing and upsetting. It would be good customer service if you provided a link dedicated to where customers' could advise of non-delivery instead of having to put in complaints on your Remarks page!
