Empty box ( untampered) was received instead of Pixel 10 phone. The return kit was there though. No resolution timeline was was provided by Google. They will investigate they said.

Price match buy only from 'authorised UK retailers'. Vodafone arent on that list. Does that mean they arent UK sellers of Pixel? Or grey market then? Your reviews scores seem to be quite low..

Very

Very, very, very poor, so disappointing. Make every attempt to complicate the issue instead of doing the right thing. Broken product within the warranty but make it so difficult to solve. I was a massive Google fan but feel let down. No more, good bye Google, you have lost your way.

Most games are absolute pay to win…

Most games are absolute pay to win garbage just like the majority of all shitty mobile apps cant even enjoy yourself with all of the forced ads for games you wouldnt play if you were paid to total trash. just maybe if someone could create a game that requires skill to win instead of money but that just wouldnt be reality is it. Anybody who gives this game a high rating you can be sure they drained their bank account to do so. by the way would have given 0 stars if i had the chance.

Over the years of having one

Over the years of having one, when you loose control of the theromostat and panic, reset, reset, reset, wait, ask for help, let the stress build.....got use to it now, just wait for google to get the act together for a while and it all comes back (especially after checking down detector to make sure others are having issues.) Same again today

Google ruined Fitbit quality

Google product Fitbit Versa 4 smartwatch lasted 3 ½ years then wasn’t performing: not synching with app, missed steps, failed to record sleep. Fitbit was bought in 2022 by Google. Prior models of Fitbit, per my friends, are still working as designed.

HeadlineExclusive" 35% discount is a marketing gimmick – zero support for loyal customers.

"I’ve been a Fitbit user for years, but my experience with the Charge 6 has been a massive disappointment. I bought it 1.5 years ago for $250, and despite using it for its intended purpose (recreational swimming), it completely stopped working just six months out of warranty. When I called Fitbit/Google support, they offered me an 'exclusive' 35% discount for a replacement. However, when I went to the Google Store, the same discount is already available to the general public. My 'special' code doesn't stack, meaning there is zero benefit for being a returning customer. Providing a 35% discount that anyone can get is insulting. Paying $250 for a device that barely lasts past the warranty is poor value. I expected better durability and actual support from Google."
