Excellent experience from start to…
Excellent experience from start to finish. The XROS 3 pods shipped quickly, arrived in perfect shape, and were very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend to others.

Ordered a Aegis legend 5 mod
Ordered a Aegis legend 5 mod, two bottles of juice and coils late afternoon on march 12th. All items arrived morning of march 17th. No issues at all.

I never got my order
I never got my order, I paid for a signature required fee, when I emailed customer service, I got no response.

Poor customer service.
I ordered 4 bottles of juice on 1/1/26 and only received 3 on 1/7/26. The confirmation email even said I got 3 of 4. I have emailed customer service on 1/14 and again on 2/13 and received no reply. I can’t find a phone number anywhere but sent mine so someone could call me about it. Nothing. Disappointing. The company has been great to this point, but I will be doing business elsewhere if I don’t hear something soon.

Not delivered
Not delivered why make me pay for an adult signature required then leave it in a mailbox (or someplace) then having to wait for a response about a replacement that's taking over a week

Product Availability Amazing
