I had a great experience working with RJ. He was really helpful, patient, and made the whole ordering process smooth and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the best deal possible. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. Maraming salamat po, RJ!

My weekly order last week never showed…
My weekly order last week never showed up. Contacting customer service for an explanation and a refund is useless. If this were the first problem I've had, I would not be so upset. But I have had constant issues since becoming a FlexPro customer, namely with missing meals. Do not waste your money, you will never receive your food. At this point, I am contemplating filing a police report for theft.

Bugs
The food doesn’t taste good at all, on top of that there was a roach in 1 of my meals. I don’t want to do business with this company anymore because of this and I paid an additional 60 bucks on top of my purchase price for my 10Meals and there not wanting to give me my 60 bucks back, Beware of purchasing anything from this company. They will give you problems and not give you your money back no matter the situation, there rude when I told them just give me my .60 back and I won’t leave a review about the roach and they still refused to give me my 60 back so there just gonna keep my money , There stupid because if it was my company and you called me and told me there was a roach in your meal, and you didn’t want to do business with me anymore, I would refund the 60 unused back to the buyer then to have others read a review like this, Buyer beware

What made my experience Great was French! She is absolutely amazing and a wonderful person! Her communication and persistent follow up is impeccable! Your company is truly blessed to have someone so talented and detailed! I could have not fixed all the problems I had with Flex Pro Meals with out here. I gave five stars because of her excellence in how much she cares and supports your company!!! I will keep this part short from the website, to the delay food packaged damaged upon delivery , to the unfortunate quality of the food. We had to cancel the subscription! Yes is it probably the cheapest cost of meal services out there. But we would pay more for higher quality food prep! This is only to help you guys get better. If I said nothing as an executive Sales and operations consultant. You would have no feedback to improve. Thank you again French for all you do and I am sorry things did not work out!
