Very disappointed in Floral Street
Very disappointed in Floral Street! For valentine they brought out a new fragrance called "Enchanted Masquerade." This perfume you would think has been made from some kind of precious once in a love time recipe/potion.It is kept under lock and key 🔑 I have not been able to smell what it is like. They have it in Boots and Marks and Spencer but it is locked away in cabinets and when you ask can you smell it you are told there are NO TESTERS.So Floral Street think people will happily spend £115.00 on a perfume they cant even smell!!Whoever has made this decision is an IDIOT!!! Way to go marketing team!Makes me just want to boycott every buying or recommending this brand ever again!

A once good company who no longer care
Having been a customer for several years, I have bought perfumes and home products in store (Covent Garden) and on line. The products that have arrived by post have been packaged in pretty boxes with bright shredded tissue and obvious care. Today I received an anonymous box from an unknown sender. It contained a crumpled wad of hard black paper over the bottle of perfume. This was not wrapped and was covered in dust. There was no delivery note and nothing to tell me it had actually come from the real company. I tried to contact the company via their ‘contact’ form- it would not submit, despite trying three or four times. I tried their ‘chat’ feature - it isn’t - it’s a bot that quotes FAQs. I put a comment on social media and received an email. I described the problem, as requested, and got a response saying- pretty much- that’s the way we’re packaging and sending now. It was dismissive and clearly the company are no longer bothered about customer service. What a shame. Won’t be ordering again.

I placed an order for Arizona Bloom
I placed an order for Arizona Bloom, but waited a couple of weeks to open the bottle. The scent was not the same as the fragrance I had previously purchased. This bottle seems to be very watered down and missing some of the fragrance notes compared to my previous bottle. I've contacted the company and have only received AI responses that state the same thing over and over until finally I received what seemed to be a genuine response asking for a photo of the bottom of the bottle and asking if I wanted a prepaid label to return the bottle. I've provided the photo and the information, but now it's been 4 days and absolutely no response. There's no phone number, no other way to contact the company that I can find. Guess, I'll call my credit card company.

Unbelievably poor customer service
Placed an order on 20th September. Courier advised delivery on 23/9. My order for whatever reason was returned to Floral Street. Have had to chase on numerous occasions by email; they are not proactive can only converse with a machine and I still cannot get confirmation that my refund is being processed. Diabolical.

The best perfume out there!
I'm absolutely obsessed with floral street, especially Arizona Bloom and Neon Rose. I received a free sample (Arizona Bloom) once in a vegan box that I subscribed to and I honestly had never smelt a perfume that just ticked every box. I won't wear anything else other than these two perfumes. Also, customer service is absolutely amazing, I had an issue with one of my deliveries and not only did they respond immediately, they were so professional and helpful. Companies like this are very far and few between. I love floral street and really appreciate their ethics and sustainability. Wonderful company and unmatched fragrances.

Smells cheap
No complaints over packaging, delivery and service. The perfume smells cheap and not worth the money. I was transported back to my teenage years (for context, my generation was spraying £1 Impulse and wearing orange foundation).

Such lovely fragrance
Such lovely fragrance, great to have a whole wardrobe to choose from rather than only being able to afford one signature scent, just purchased their new Wonderland Peony Mist - LOVE!

Total waste of money
Total waste of money. I bought the discovery set, hoping to find a replacement for Dolma perfumes which I loved but have sadly stopped trading.Why on earth did this company not notice the tiny bottles are fitted with a fiddly spring spray that simply does not work? They just need a simple screw top.Do people not test their own products?So far I every bottle has failed to spray and most of the perfume has remained totally inaccessible inside each bottle. I may well give up on the remaining bottles as they are impossible and frustrating to use and chuck them in the bin.So disappointing as I was really hoping they would replace the gap the excellent Dolma vegan trial box has left in my life.

Toilet cleaner smell.
I bought the sample perfumes to try as I read lots of great reviews for this perfume range.They smell like the worst kind of toilet cleaners, all chemicals with a hint of unpleasant perfume. When the chemical smell has gone you're left with a very unpleasant perfume, at least it's also very faint.
