I used Floraqueen for several years to send a Christmas gift to my aunt in Sicily. This past year, I bought an amarylis bulb, only for the package tracker to indicate it never arrived and was returned to sender. I contacted customer support, who said they were looking into it but to check the tracking numnber to see the status - which I had already done and was the whole reason I had reached out. Poor customer service, centralized shipping leading to shipping errors, no longer working with local vendors.

I ordered a “premium” bouquet from FloraQueen for a wedding, choosing it based on the elegant photos and description shown on the website.What was delivered was completely different from what was advertised:• much smaller bouquet and poorly arranged• different and much duller colors• overall composition far from a “premium” standardAdditionally, all the paid extras were missing:• chocolates• greeting card• complimentary vaseThe delivery, scheduled for March 26th, arrived on March 30th 4 days late, making the gift useless for the occasion.I contacted customer support multiple times and for a week I only received vague responses, constantly shifting the blame to the courier MRW.No real responsibility taken, no solution offered, and no refund provided.Conclusion:Extremely disappointing experience in every aspect, non-compliant product, poor service, and non-existent customer support.I strongly do not recommend this company, especially for important occasions.

The flower arrangements are great! Other flower delivery Company do not reach this level of gift personalisation. It is very easy to choose on line the right item to buy between several options. Very much appreciated the Teddy Bear too! I made my daughter very happy with this present!

Have used the service several times. This time, no delivery. Customer service was responsive at first but now nothing. Over two weeks late, no response, no refund

I ordered a large bouquet and they delivered a small size. Floraqueen admitted their mistake but refused to remedy it, which is outright fraud and theft. First, the compensation they offered was not proportionate for the number of missing roses (the missing roses were valued as less than the percentage of roses missing). Then they refused to provide a refund (only store credit was acceptable to them). I would rather cut my stomach than pay these fraudsters more money!!! All that on top of the fact that the quality of flowers was poor -- they looked like they were past their prime when they arrived and sad an old already next day.

It's a Scam. Ordered flowers, when not received they said delivery is under way, and should be there by 10pm. it never arrived and they never communicated after that. Disputed their transactions with my card merchant. Do not use them.

I paid €158 for an arrangement that was half wilted and worth about €20. The worst flower deliver that I have ever used. I will spread the word for sure!!

Unfortunately not a good experience . I ordered a bouquet for a friend with same day delivery. I got an email confirming same day delivery. But after two days it was clear my friend had not received it. I communicated with an agent who apologised that things could go wrong sometimes which is fair enough. When I checked status on the website it said order fulfilled. I chased the agent again who sent me the dhl link of the order by which I saw they had tried to deliver a couple of times but nobody was in . Again fair enough but this had never been communicated to me the sender. The dhl link said the bouquet had been left at a pick up point (five days now) to be picked up when I tried to access the link giving that location it would not let me do so . And I got an email from the agent saying she was glad I was happy with the service which was very confusing. I have emailed several times for clarification since but no response . I would like a refund .
