It's worst company that they don't have their own vendor number they don't have the courier boy number since morning 9am till 9pm 1 wsa call 6 time costomer care' no 9212422000 only one thing they replied sir I don't have any contact number for courier vendor don't trust on this app tha they will deliver your order on time

Order ID # 70951748Full of Jokers, who neither understand any language, nor have empathy but high headed b...... I placed order in 2nd week of march to be delivered on 31 March 2026. Jokers delivered on 13 March, 18 days before delivery date shown on order.Any complaint/ contact with customer services fell on deaf years. Without understanding problem, high headed jokers kept saying 'we understand and when you place next order, we shall give 10% discount'.Are they totally brainless?Do not go there. I find Gul Mahal & Flower Aura etc far far better.Good luck if you deal with FnP jokers.

⭐ 1 Star – Payment Deducted, Order Not ConfirmedMoney was deducted from my PayPal, but Ferns N Petals (FNP) India did not confirm the order. When I placed the same order from another account, that one got confirmed—showing a serious system issue.Customer support only gave copy-paste replies, no clear answer, no timeline, and kept passing the issue between teams. My time and money were wasted.Very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend FNP India.SCAM!!!!!!

Very poor service . Requested a birthday cake and small gift and doesn’t deliver on time . Still it is not delivered three days now . Don’t trust them find a better team for such kind of things

I had a horrible experience. I ordered a cake, candle , flowers and chocolates to be delivered on a birthday at a residence. They made one attempt to call the recipient, but when they couldn't reach the person, they didn't leave the gift with any other household members and charged me the full amount. Very disappointed. Here’s my order number : 7128802401.Update: the customer team called and tried to give me a condescending explanation on their business processes . They are all about systems and not about customer service . All I needed was a simple apology and accountability for ruining someone’s birthday . Instead I got a lecture on how they can’t issue a refund or attempt another delivery. Newsflash: birthdays don’t happen everyday team Ferns and Petals . I don’t want your business .

I placed a nice order for a birthday. Cake, plant, candles and the likes. The delivery was attempted once and there was a geriatric person at home who probably was doing something and couldn't open the door at the moment. I am not in the country and received an email saying we attempted and it couldn't be delivered. I immediately contacted the support and explained everything. Gave my sister's number to coordinate so that my family could receive the order before midnight. The support staff said that re delivery is now possible the next day. I explained this doesn't help us, since the birthday is tonight and I'd like the gift delivered before midnight. So if you can please cancel this and I can place a fresh order right away. The response was once again no. So basically I didn't get the stuff nor was I allowed to cancel and make a new order. I received automated responses from a human support staff. Very unhelpful. Edit: the order came a day after i.e. today. The delivery person said he couldn't find the house in the dark that's why he didn't deliver last evening! According to him, it was night and very dark when it was around 8 pm IST. I was under the impression our geriatric family member didn't open the door. Thank you for replying to my review FNP team. I can't find an option of replying to your reply. However, I was an avid user of your site and have used it across different parts of the world. I had recommended FNP as well. Since the customer support and delivery went like this, I'll abstain from using your site further.
