My son recently received an nfl themed thermos for his birthday. It was unfortunately bumped off the counter and the lid was damaged, the support team was incredibly responsive and went above & beyond to help make sure he gets to enjoy his bottle for a long time.

I made an order on the 26th March and paid for next day delivery but my order still hasn’t arrived!I haven’t had any information on the Shop app (which is there I was directed) regarding my order and have now made a formal complaint. Scam of a company, DO NOT USE!

Despite placing a pre-order for 2025/4, my order was canceled in 2026/3 without any notice. This is completely unacceptable.What makes this even worse is that payment had already been taken through PayPal at the time of purchase. By the time I became aware of the issue, the 180-day PayPal protection period had expired, leaving me with no way to recover my money.Instead of issuing a proper refund, you provided store credit that I have no use for. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on your business practices.I will not be purchasing from your company again.

Dreadful company. Has been for decades now. Starting from the top this owner will bleed any last cent of of his customers and provide zero value or loyalty. No wonder there's massive turn around within the company. Go and read glass door reviews for evidence.

After nearly 3 weeks - I have still NOT gotten a reply regarding my damaged bobble head that I even included pictures. And that you acknowledged receipt of - escalating to your Bobblehead team?!You inept ability to properly serve the people who are spending their hard earned money with your company is appalling. You have lost this customer. I will never put anymore of my hard earned money towards not one of your products ever again. I even was patient waiting nearly 2 years to receive this bobble head. Disgraceful.

I hate giving one star. Do NOT order from this company! Consider this your warning. I ordered 2 of their items. Both of them had missing pieces. Lambeau Field and Green Bay football. Both 'legos". They have no phone number. Their website states they'll respond next business day. These items were Christmas gifts. I contacted them in December 2025 to let them know I cant proceed building because of the missing pieces. They wanted an explanation and photos. I sent more than they asked for. Today is March 1 2026 and they finally got back to me and said I needed to count whats missing, colors and size. For a 1700 piece build. Are you crazy?!? When i refused to do that, they stated all their customers will count and send them. I have never in my life! This is a company worth 60 million with 402 employees and they won't rectify a $90 and a $30 build. Run.

I ordered a product. It came missing some pieces. I sent an email within 24 hours. They responded within 48 hours. They sent me the missing pieces. They were the wrong pieces I re-emailed the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Five stars is not enough. They took care of the issue that I had relatively quickly. They can't get me the missing pieces so they are sending me a whole new product free of charge to me. I will definitely order more products from this company. Like I said, five stars is not enough overall I'd give a 10 out of 10 if I could. Thank you. Thank you for everybody that was involved in us.
