The purchase expérience was ok

The purchase expérience was ok. Îm in QC so I had to pay for costums duties… Than The shore are too big. So I don’t want to retire mybiyems because it’s gone a cost me more than I already spend. So I lost like 200$ for a pair of shoes….

I made a purchase on this site, but as it didn't work for me and I sent it back with the labels they provided to me via e-mail, but it's been almost a month and I haven't had any response, I've even tried in several ways to contact you and I never get back.Now I'm at a loss because I didn't receive any refund.That it serves for other people who think about buying, they will not have support if something wrong happens.That's why I came here to expose this store for the inconvenience it has caused me.

I ordered from the Channel Islands and…

I ordered from the Channel Islands and there was no mention of not being able to deliver here. Over a week later, when my parcel got to the UK, it was cancelled and told they don't deliver here. This was for a present and now I don't have one

Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. My order (a 43 EUR hat) arrived thrown in a cardboard box without any plastic wrap or even the original factory paper tags. This makes me doubt if the product is even new or authentic. It feels like I was sent a display model or a returned item, which is very unprofessional. Definitely not the quality of service I expected from Footshop.

Worst return policy in the world. Here’s why…

You have to pray that what you order fits you because the return policy is very difficult. You have to take the package yourself to the pickup points or arrange courier at your expence AT A PHYSICAL spot. You cannot get a courier to pick up your order from the house, you have to literally walk/drive and waste half of your day to return products. If, like me, you have a walking problem (leg enjury that makes me uncapable to walk) and can’t go make the return, they dont care. You paid, you stick with the wrong shoes because there is no way you can return them unless you leave the house. So make sure not to be enjured or have leg problems before you order!!!
