Cancellation of a subscription IMPOSSIBLE

Cancellation of a subscription is damn near impossible. Its just about fraud. WHen you finally figure out how then it is too late they have your money for months and months.

I had a terrible experience with Hers

I had a terrible experience with Hers. I was charged without authorization on a stolen credit card, and when I tried to cancel the order immediately, they refused—even though the product had not shipped, left the warehouse, or been picked up by a carrier.There was absolutely no email warning or reminder about this charge. It had been FIVE months since my initial purchase, so there was no reasonable way to expect a renewal without any notification.The lack of transparency and refusal to issue a refund in this situation is completely unacceptable. While the product itself may work, the billing practices feel deceptive and unfair.I will be disputing this with my bank. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Expected More

The app is difficult to use. There seem to be two different home screens to navigate your treatment plan. It would be nice, since we select the date we started treatment, for the treatment plan to reflect where we are in the duration. Example, week 3 begins a new medication, I should receive an alert on the 21st day then.I am on week 5 and unfortunately haven't lost any weight. I do notice less cravings and feel fuller faster, but haven't managed to lose any weight consistently. I'll keep at it.

Good communication

Good communication. Providers are knowledgeable and helpful. I have just been slow to lose weight. I'm hoping once I get up to a more therapeutic dose my body will respond.

I’ve run out of medicine and need more

I’ve run out of medicine and couldn’t take my shot this week. I told you that I had been taking the med when I switched to you and I asked several times for enough for a higher dose to last me. I didn’t get a response from you and now I have no meds and missed being able to take this week’s shot. Other than that I’m very pleased with the meds, I have less of an appetite and I don’t have any bad side effects. I’m losing around 3 lbs each week.

Horrible customer service

The non existent customer care department is simply an AI response through the messaging system in the app. If you have a question other than checking on your order, good luck.

Costly Prescription Errors

I was initially prescribed Kit 1 of the weight loss medication after providing my full medical history. Before starting, I reached out to confirm that the medication would not interact with my current ADHD and anxiety medications. After review, my prescription was changed, and I was given a different weight loss medication—this time without any anti-nausea support.Shortly after beginning the medication, I became very sick and experienced side effects that significantly impacted both my physical and mental health. When I contacted the medical team again, I was advised to switch to an entirely different medication, which came with a substantial additional cost.My concerns about the money already spent due to what appears to be a prescribing error were not addressed. Within just three weeks, I was being asked to try a third course of medication and pay an additional $200+ on top of the $400 I had already spent.I am extremely disappointed and upset not only because of the financial burden and health risks, but also because I feel I was guided in the wrong direction and my concerns were dismissed when I raised them.

$700 for meds not even on label prescribed for weight loss.

I paid for Hers for weightloss when I saw this advertisement "GLP-1 injections not your thing? We have weight loss pills" So I sign up thinking id be prescribed the wegovy pill or something. Boy was i in for it. I got approved for a kit, and the approval happened while I was asleep one night. So while sleeping, my card was charged. I wake up to see I get a cocktail of pills- none of which are generally common for weightloss. They're all prescribed off label for weight loss. But I thought hey, give it a shot. Barely 2 weeks in and I've gotten the worst abdominal pain and diarrhea I've ever had. I could barely function to take care of my kids. Im so disappointed and im not even sure how to get even a partial refund. I'll never recommend this company.

Great Experience

My Experience overall has been excellent. Medication was delivered quickly and the second round was delivered on time. I like that I’m reminded to check in on occasion. It helps keep me on track.
