I use to be supportive of this company until lately. I have had some problems over this last year as a customer but things always got resolved until now. I have a recent order I haven’t received or got a refund for. I am not getting any response from company other than thank you for reaching out. I checked shipping on their site for my order and Amazon cancelled my shipment. I have inquired many times to Fragrant Jewels. My order was a little over $55. I want the products I paid for or my money refunded.

Will not answer my question about how to redeem codes for points. Been waiting about a week now. No concerns about giving customer service. Would most definitely not recommend doing business with this company as they obviously do not honor their obligations.

I placed my order on the 16th of December it did not arrive until the 5th of January. No communication regarding my order, TONS of solicitation emails while I hang in limbo on my existing order. When I called to enquire about my order they said it was “in processing” and they could not give a time frame but that they could put me on the delayed delivery list or if I was unsatisfied I could cancel my order. All that being said, if I could give a 0 star rating I would. My spouse loves the jewelry bathbombs and we are in the market to find a good company to do business with. I will NOT be returning to fragrant jewels.

I placed a order on November 9, 2024. It is now December 26th and I still have not received a single item from this order. I contacted them on December 18th and was told it had shipped but was being returned and oops nearly every item I ordered was out of stock so I could pick replacements or get a refund. I spent time going through the website and recreated my list and sent it over. But they only read the last line of my email that said refund any remaining, and refunded it. I was suppose to get 500 pts for the trouble but as of today those are still not in my account. I also have not received tracking for my order and tracking finally loaded for the original one. It left their warehouse November 21st and was delivered to their warehouse on November 22nd. I knew they never shipped it. I was going to place a order during the latest sale but at this point I don’t feel comfortable until they fulfill their current promises.

I ordered early (November) for Christmas two years in a row, and I was told my items will not arrive for Christmas both years. No where in their social media nor their website said there was any cut off date, and didn’t say there was a cut off date when I checked out. I order $200+ in bathbombs for my kids for Christmas, and we are disappointed for the second year in a row. No apologies.

We placed our order December 1st in hopes itd reach us by the holidays. There were no posted deadlines indicating otherwise, with an email even stating orders placed by December 9th would make it. 12 business days later, I got nervous but being in customer service myself understood delays. When I called, I was told they had no update. No date, no expectation, zero indication of shipping. Was told straight up impossible, and couldn't even be guaranteed it would arrive in January. I'm beyond dissatisfied and disappointed, and while to me I feel its karma since I deliver news like this for a living all day as well, Id never treat our customers like this. It's one thing to have delays...were all having them..its another to completely fail at giving your customers a notice or setting any expectations. Just so absolutely unfair and im so incredibly sad because I've never had a bad experience here.

I placed my order and literally had to chase down my order 3 different times with 3 different excuses. Customer service is terrible and not helpful at all. Don't buy from this company. I got suckered with an instagram ad that was clearly too good to be true, they took my money, had me wait 13 days with no update then told me it would be another 5 days to get a refund.

They advertised a bomb with a sterling silver ring and are refusing to refund the order after all the rings came out plated because the bombs arrived intact. The order was not as advertised and is bait and switch. Resolving now through PayPal and looking for a lawyer.

LOVE love love this company! A long time fan and customer - I had purchased a gift for a friend's birthday knowing she would love it, but not realizing that it was a pre-order and the ship date was a week away. (my mistake!) I called in a panic to see what my options were and they went out of their way to get a gift to my friend in time for her special day. Thank you FJ, you saved the day, and just another reason I love to support brands like this who make customers service a priority!
