I would highly recommend
I bought my sunglasses from here, because it was the lowest price. The arrived in a few days as well, and so I was able to wear for them for a trip to Patagonia. They were great quality and fit just right.

Defective Glasses & Poor Communication
Had two experiences with purchasing from FramesDirect, and both involved poor communication. In my first order, I purchased a pair of RayBan prescription glasses and received no confirmation email or updates before my order on the site being marked as "glasses discontinued" 9 days later. The glasses are still being marketed on the website which is inconsistent.I did receive another order I made of a different pair of glasses after this one. The glasses arrived with scratches, a very loose left lens, and debris all over the frames upon opening them right out the case. I returned them for a full refund and spoke to a customer service representative notating these poor experiences. With that, I received no acknowledgement from the rep of the errors made on the part of the company, no effort to make it right, and basic information that my refund would be processed. I will never be returning as a customer here.Response to FramesDirect (4/10/2026): I am currently wearing the glasses your company said were discontinued. I purchased them from another online retailer who is a direct competitor of yours and they only took 4 days to be delivered with no issues. Additionally, the glasses were in perfect condition unlike the second pair of frames that were delivered to me by FramesDirect (misaligned, loose lens, scratched, and covered in debris). You will never have my business again.

Frame direct is a very dishonest and probably a scammer company I personally think their reviews aren’t legit because let me tell you I order some prescriptions sunglasses with them over a month ago when I placed my order they say 7-10 business days now it’s over 30 days and I got an email from them saying that my order should take another 7-10 days thats what they said about 5 weeks ago more likely another 5 weeks before I can get my order if I ever get it very very disappointed with this trashy company and service I’ll not recommend this company to anybody
