non existent customer serviceavoid ordering from here at all costs. I need to return an order and have been trying to for over a month with no response. each time you chase the bot tells you oh we will get back to you in 1-2 days. there is no option to talk to a real person and no way of sorting out a return. Terrible company and the worst customer service. avoid at all costs.

Warning to collectors: Funko Europe is failing to honor Fan Rewards wins. After a verified 30-day technical sync error on the Art the Clown LE 750 drop (confirmed by a 200-point refund), I have been blocked for requesting the item I am legally entitled to. A point refund is not a resolution for a limited Grail. Formal investigation now open with the Advertising Standards Authority (Ref: A26-1335140). I expect a manual invoice for the unit I was allocated on February 24th.""UPDATE 1st April (12:50 PM): Still no resolution or fulfillment of the LE 750 Art the Clown. I have now provided Funko (Ticket #2848353) with timestamped photo evidence of other orders successfully arriving (Silent Hill), proving my account is fully functional.Amid widespread reports of 'Inventory Dumping' and 'Commons' being shipped in LE Mystery Boxes, it is clear my legitimate reward is being intentionally withheld. Evidence of this stock diversion has been added to my ASA Case A26-1335140 and my report to the ICO."

Worst company around.My Starkiller got stolen by your staff in November, out of your warehouse.Still nothing has been done.Now I see Funko are sending LE 750s to influencers.So I can’t get any help at all, after having my LE Funko stolen.Yet influencers are getting boxes of rare Funko, including LE 750s.These boxes given to influencers, were sent to deceive the public.The average customer has been scammed by Funko with these Mystery boxes.Terrible company!

I ordered a personalised FUNKO for my grandson. It came with the wrong skin, hair and eye colour and no keyring. I contacted them and they said they would send another around 1 months after the order….this has never arrived. I have been chasing them and have not had a reply in over a month. It wasn’t cheap either at nearly £50 and I am still without the gift for my grandson. This was for his 2nd re-birthday, the anniversary of his life saving transplant

Clowns, they make mistakes shipping and you got to bent tru hoops to prove too them that they made a mistake. Second time, I thought after updating their site it was all good, yeah for 2 orders. NEVER AGAIN, BETTER BUY AT A LOCAL (ONLINE) SHOP

This company gets mixed reviews but honestly never had a problem with them. Iv spent thousands over the years. Deliverys are normally quicker than stated. The delivery service is now amazon.Mystery boxes they do are top notch. Iv emailed customer services before and had friendly and helpful advice.

Only giving 2star as one order was sorted... All orders keep going to the wrong address... Last one sent back for zero reason... 5 emails, no response... finally got a response using the contact form only to be told my money will be refunded!! Not great when I was ordering a limited edition which is not out of stock!!! Usless !!

12.dec I ordered Felix the cat Jumbo chan 1200pcs. The vinyl didnt even moved a meter from the crappy warehouse in Coventry. They keep on removing my rewiev. THEY ARE BROKE. Why dont u support fans who use a lot of money?

I placed an order during Black Friday November 2025. Took a while for despatch which I expected. What I didn't expect was to receive someone else's order! I contact them upon delivery on the 1st December . As yet (06/03/26 I am still awaiting a resolution, despite opening another ticket to try & get the 1st one resolved. I just receive a generic "we are investigating & thank you for your patience". Patience has now been exhausted. I have contacted my bank to discuss a chargeback. It isn't even a lot of money but the principal of it. I just want the 2 pops that I ordered. Absolute sh*tshow for a customer service department! Won't be using them again despite being a repeat customer.
