My old Furbo would not connect to WiFi
My old Furbo would not connect to WiFi. Thoroughly investigated using technical support. Although my device was out of warranty I was given a discount on a replacement which arrived promptly. The original device was 5 years old so very satisfied with the service I received.

The new Furbo Mini 360! Worth the penny
Actually can't believe that it's only $65 for this! It may look simple but it's jam packed with heaps of functions especially with the free 90 days AI NANNY FEATURE where it actually gives smart alerts if my dog is vomiting or chewing. Gives me a peace of mind especially when our Goldie would do anything to get his paws on food. Not forgetting to mention that the 2K quality is very impressive!! Even got a 2nd one of this for the parents because it's worth the value

While the camera works well the constant subscriptions and automatic subscription sign ups are disgraceful. An expensive camera that is the same exact as my k mart one, but with a lot more money put into marketing and useless subscription based products that do not enhance the product at all.

Brilliant
It’s great, I love that I can see my dog when I’m not in, it’s reassuring to watch her relaxed. She loves the food dispenser and goes to sit by the Furbo when she here’s it make a noise, waiting for her treat. Getting the notifications is great and I love that it will play calming music if she’s barking for too long and then gives a treat when she’s stopped

Furbo Nanny is a poor experience and utter waste of money. I wish I'd seen the reviews here before purchasing. The app thinks everything but my cat, is a cat. Whether that's me, a sofa pillow or an object in my coffee table. Don't waste your money
