Absolutely rubbish
I had a nightmare from after point of ordering. It was impossible to get any information on my order. I was given 3 different delivery dates, the final one being a last minute notification. After waiting 3 months when I did receive my shed there were panels and slats broken and split and the door had a big hole in it. It was very poorly made and there was windows missing. The call centre was in another country so couldn't get my point across. I would never recommend this company unless your happy to part with good money for a rubbish service and shed .So please anyone looking to buy a shed ,dont buy from here you will be disappointed.

Building excellent very strong
Building excellent very strong. Did not receive all important documents but if you phone you will go to a call centre overseas so just ask them to transfer you to the company and then you will be able to sort out any issues with great confidence. Very good service.

What a total shambles
What a total shambles. Waited 5 months for delivery, missing parts, several phone calls to them asking when the missing parts will be delivered but they couldn’t say. Asked for a refund for the missing parts so my builder could complete the work, that was a no. Asked to speak to a manager. They were unavailable. Going to trading standards.

Great buying experience, long timeframe for delivery
Experience of buying was great - I opted for finance and was quickly approved. The price was good (30% off) which meant that it was still a great deal with finance and a guttering add-on. The only downside is the approximate delivery date of 7 to 8 weeks. Really looking to get this in the garden - Storm Dave finished my old one off…

Really impressed with the overall…
Really impressed with the overall experience.Was sceptical due to poor reviews, but I can not fault them.Communication was excellent and delivery was smooth and everything arrived , no missing parts. My husband is a joiner and did feel the instructions were poor and inaccurate. But once built, really happy with my cabin. Would definetly use the again.

Good value and delivered on the date arranged.
Delivered the building on the date arranged. Everything was as expected, although I was a bit annoyed that all the screws and nails of different sizes were jumbled up in one large plastic bag.The packing lists were also water damaged as the plastic bags used were woefully inadequate.It would also be useful to label at least one of each type of wooden component.

Great price for what you get
Delivered last week waited for nice weather to put up , Great price for what you get, wood is brilliant and great quality, a little short of wood for the roof and felt but we just got some more, only down side was I had to constantly chase for delivery, website said 3-4 weeks for delivery waited 2 and half months but once received very pleased, instructions I had to print off they were not to the shed we had but luckily we managed
