Unprofessional behavior …
Despite having placed my order one week ago, I am still awaiting a delivery status update. I contacted Geekmaxi to inquire about the delivery status of my order. They informed me that there is a technical issue affecting their system, and my order will be shipped on Friday, March 27, 2026.The order was not shipped on Friday as promised. It is my professional opinion that the behavior in question is unprofessional. There is room for improvement in the quality of communication. I will not be able to recommend Geekmaxi to other professionals. I am currently awaiting a full reimbursement. I paid with PayPal, which was a satisfactory method of payment.

I bought something from them but haven't received an email confirmation yet. No one is reachable. I will never buy anything from them again. It's been a week, I have no confirmation, nothing. Disaster.
