I HAVE OWNED TWO OF THESE LOCKS BOUGHT…

I HAVE OWNED TWO OF THESE LOCKS BOUGHT AT THE SAME TIME, THEY HAVE NEVERWORKED. NOW IM TOLD THEY ARE OUT OF WARRANTY. YOU CAN EXPECT THE WORSECUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TIME AND NOW IM DISCONNECTED FROM THE HOST SITE.THEY SENT ME A RETURN LABEL ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS STILL NO REFUND!CLASS ACTION SUIT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR CHOOSE ANOTHER BRAND.

Biggest issue is support

Biggest issue is support. Setting Wi-Fi, in my case has been a recurring issue. When support is needed it is horrific to actually get a response - right now it’s been days my GATE has been not functional and I’ve sent multiple requests for support - they don’t seem to have a support phone number.

NEXTILL BE FILING A FCC CLAIM AND IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME ON ACLASS ACTION SUIT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR CHOOSE ANOTHER BRAND.

Gate Labs provides the best customer service compared to ANY company in ANY industry

Gate Labs provides the best and most amazing customer service compared top any industry and any company that I have ever dealt with in my life. I am 60 y.o professional with two companies. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they will ALWAY stand by their product and will ALWAYS make it right, even going to the extent of replacing the unit if can't fix it, EVEN when out of the warranty. This is a RARE type of AMAZING customer loyalty and service. I have had GATE Labs locks for 5 years and they continue to amaze me how great they are. I would highly recommend them to ANY one. You will NOT be DISAPPOINTED EVER with this company.

This is my second Gate that I ordered

This is my second Gate that I ordered, the first had an issue with the internal components (which broke) so I emailed them about this issue and they are sending a new one. Now I am hoping that the component issues has been fixed and that this issue does not happen again but we shall see.Other than that I found the Gate to work very well over all.
