Bad mobile app, too expensive, poor integration with other software

Too much focus on frivolous updates. Mobile app wasn't great, I usually ended up on the desktop version through a browser on my phone. Way too expensive if you aren't using 100% of the features offered, and even more excessively expensive if you add anything on. Does not integrate well with other software.

Not Consistent

They started out great but they keep changing the layout on the screen client, jons, schudleing. Not making improvements just changing the layout. Their latest updates was so bad we are leaving the platform. They made simple task like looking at your clients info or editing a job in to a chore you have click 3-4 buttons just to see basic information that should be at your fingertips. they have made day to day operation difficult and held up business.

I've had such a great experience with Jobber

I've had such a great experience so far with Jobber. I was driving to a job site and had a quick question, got through to the Jobber team member within 30sec. I was connected with an AMAZING person ( Ailen ). She was so kind and found out she was Philipino just like my Wife. The conversation was so lovely and kind that I almost forgot what I was calling for in the first place. lol. She did very well with answering all of my questions and even e-mailed me everything I was asking about " because I was driving". All in all I am defenility happy with the product and it's service.

More Glitchy than anything ive ever seen

This software deletes quotes randomly, charges customers 16k randomly (this really happened to me) and is by the most glitchy app on the market. do not use them it was the 2nd biggest mistake in my business history of 6 years. seriously a dog could program better than these guys

I’m extremely disappointed with the chat support Sofia and Armaan who didn't help at all

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience trying to sign up for Jobber.The platform itself looks promising, but the billing process feels misleading and unnecessarily complicated. I was specifically trying to select a monthly plan, yet the system repeatedly pushed me toward an annual commitment with no clear or accessible option to choose monthly billing.What’s even more frustrating is that I was unable to find a direct link or clear path to the monthly plan, and support did not provide a straightforward solution. This creates the impression that customers are being steered into higher commitments rather than being given transparent choices.For a service that targets small business owners—many of whom are just getting started—this approach is disappointing. Flexibility and transparency should be a priority, not something hidden behind friction.I hope Jobber improves this process and makes plan options clearer and easier to access.

1 star because zero isn't allowed!

I am giving Jobber a 1 star review because it doesn't you give a zero star review. When it actually works it is very slow and lagging, but half the time it doesn't even work anyways. This app is complete garbage, but then so is everything else out there!

Complicated Plan Pricing Grift

Pricing has become so confusing you'd need a phd to figure it out, along with squeeze tactics to get you into more expensive plans, and making it difficult/impossible to revert back. I am supposed to sort through plans that are "Annual" vs. "1 Year Committment" vs. "No Committment" all at different tiers with different features. Worse than any confusing cell phone plan you can think of. Sales convinced me to try a higher tier feature for a "discount" for 3 months. I want to revert back to an older more affordable plan, and guess what? No way to do it. As a Canadian business paying USD, it's also just too much money and it feels like Jobber has completely lost touch with any kind of positive customer experience in terms of pricing.
