Don’t try and return anything!!

Zero returns policy!Claim to have “92% of products delivered, are never returned”. That’s because their return system doesn’t work!!Contacted them twice and their bot doesn’t understand basic English or doesn’t respond!!

AVOID

AVOID. Appalling. Bought a pair of Nike's for my 8 year old. They arrived. He tried them on for about two minutes at home. So I sent them back for a refund - literally the day after they arrived. They sent them back to me refusing a refund by claiming they had been worn and that they were marks on the soles. The shoes were in the exact same condition that they were when they sent them. Also, look at other reviews here, they also complain about the exact same thing. Dreadful company.

Avoid at all costs – Disgraceful service and deceptive tactics

I am beyond frustrated with Get The Label. This has been, hands down, the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.After returning my order, they refused to issue a refund, claiming I had sent the wrong items back. When I challenged this—knowing exactly what I packed—their story suddenly changed. They then tried to claim that the courier must have swapped the items or attached my label to the wrong parcel.Why their excuse is impossible:• I took my return to the post office personally.• I watched the Royal Mail clerk scan my QR code, print the label, and stick it directly onto my package right in front of me.• There was zero room for "courier error" or a "label mix-up."The Reality of Dealing With Them:• Poor Communication: They are unhelpful, dismissive, and refuse to take responsibility for their own mistakes or internal processing errors.• Deceptive Tactics: Their shifting excuses feel incredibly "scammer-like." It feels like a deliberate attempt to keep customers' money and goods.• Resolution: They have left me with no choice but to escalate this through a bank chargeback dispute just to get my money back.Save yourself the massive headache and avoid this company. It isn’t worth the "deal" if you have to fight for weeks and involve your bank just to get a simple refund. Absolute scammers.

Oh to be fair,it was Evri the couriers…

Oh to be fair,it was Evri the couriers who caused the problem with a non delivery of a pair of trainers I ordered,I had to wait a month for a refund because of chaos at Evri.I have ordered before with no problems.Customer service is available through emails only and you must wait around 2 to 3 days for a reply.Mind you,my purchases went well,read other peoples comments on returns and replacemenrs for more information.The process could be tedious for some people,time consuming.patience would also be required.

Avoid get the label at all costs

Purchased a pair of trainers, paid an additional £9.99 for next day delivery, received the wrong colour, tried to get in touch with them as I needed to get this rectified asap. Phone lines are closed 24/7 so that wasn’t helpful. Eventually received an email back providing evidence of what I purchased to what I received. Days go by before emails are replied to which is less than helpful. Finally got a refund for the shoes but not the delivery fee I paid for intially even though the mistake was their error. Absolute garbage company to use, avoid them at all costs!!!!!
