Professional and simple transfer service
Simple purchase process, great communications throughout. The driver arrived early, very professional and friendly. Zero-hassle, took all the stress out of getting to the airport with our luggage. Would definitely use again.

This company is a scam operator - buyer beware!
This company is a scam operator.We booked our transport for Copenhagen Airport over 7 weeks in advance and paid the non-refundable amount.On the day, no transport turned up at all. When I contacted the driver, he said he wasn’t coming and "get a taxi", then hung up on me and would not answer further calls. After many unanswered emails, I must conclude that the company is a scam and the good reviews I see here are fake.If you are going to Copenhagen Airport, there are many taxis and Uber is readily available and cheaper.

Transfer to Tirana airport
Today I had experience to drive with this amazing and super friendly driver. Car was clean and comfortable. Whoever will consider to request this driver I would definitely recommend.

Avoid - last minute cancelled, leaving me out of pocket
Booked a transfer in advance only to be told last minute that they could not find a carrier. Despite being given a clear deadline to confirm a replacement, none was secured, leaving me to scramble and book an alternative at short notice at a higher cost.Customer service was dismissive, offering only vague assurances that the matter had been passed to a "Quality Assurance department" rather than providing any direct answers or accountability.I am now €88 out of pocket due to their failure and despite multiple follow-up emails requesting compensation, I have received no resolution.Do not use this company if you need reliability. When things go wrong, they will not take responsibility.

Me and my wife was picked up at Rinas Airport Tirana. The driver was waiting for us. He was a very pleasant driver.We enjoyed the journey with him. We would reccomend him any time to others.

They refuse to give money back for not provided service. Sending automatic emails and requesting information what they should have. Very untrustworthy and not recommended
